in todays video i review a friend of mines 1984 Mk2 Polo CX. I really enjoyed this one as its just a tin can with a really revvy engine!! Let me know what you guys think!

I used to have the saloon car version of this. 1300 GL. He needs to fix the oil leak as that was what killed mine as it caught fire. The oil leak he has on that is the rocker cover gasket. It’s literally a 5 minute job. Mine died at about the 85k mark so be warned. That being said there’s only 1 Polo classic GL left on the road now and I still miss mine.

My dad has the s version and it’s rapid it only has 65 hp and the seething is like pulling a ship

Hey mate! Just keep an eye out for rust on these just like any older car! The interior will be very bare with no frills so be prepared!
