    Hey Chris:
    Great video and many thanks. I was already performing the first two exercises, but like a lot of beginners, I was performing the exercises incorrectly and wondering why I wasn’t receiving the gains I expected. Therefore, I truly appreciate that you “coached” us through how to perform the exercise and some what not to do’s.
    I have two questions for you:
    1. Is it viable to have a HIIT workout plan where all the exercises consists of superset and full/total body exercises? If so, would you be willing to create a video for it? If not, would you please discuss what would be the issue?
    2. I have an ectomorphic body type. Currently, I am 194lbs, 6’1” and 16% body fat. My goal is to get between 10-12% body fat, while keeping the weight but loosing the fat (my girlfriend patted my stomach the other day and asked should she wait a couple of months or sit on my lap now and tell me now what she wants for Xmas). My fear is that I’ll keep loosing weight and become too skinny. I’ve already dropped about ten pounds (I weighed 205lbs at the beginning of the year). To be honest, I don’t want to weigh any less than 185/190. I know if I do, I’d look pretty emaciated. How do I go about my workouts or what routines should I perform in order to keep the weight, but loose the fat?

    Great video! I have a question.
    If we have sex with a partner before training (without orgasm), if we edge, watch porn immediately before training or if we listen to female ASMR during training, can this have a positive effect on the result?
    I tried it several times and felt a lot of strength during the training.

    This workout will leave you looking like you’ve never picked up a weight. I appreciate the intent but this will do zero for your appearance…..as evidenced by the gentleman demonstrating the exercises.

      Well certainly true I am not very lean at all in this video but at 220 pounds there’s a lot of muscle. Come check me out when I’m at 200 pounds and we’ll see what you think then. Coach Chris 😉💪🏻

      Appearance doesn't have anything to do with "T" levels which is what the video is about. Compound movements with challenging resistance increase "T" levels.

    Hey guys this is all bullshit. Squat,deadlift, pull up and overhead press for strength. Power cleans and jumps for power. Cardio and a flexibility routine to complete the puzzle.

      We appreciate your feedback however, as much as we love the compound lifts, for those that are not able to or would like some other options, this program will give them that.
