Put it up for 7k and accept offers they'll think they've got a bargain, anyway I'm the 64 year old who bought that lovely Saab 93 from you last November , I've put 4k trouble free miles on it since then , I say trouble free , 2 weeks ago someone took the front bumper off slightly and scuffed it up in my works car park , no note left , nobody owned up so was left to get it repaired myself, not a happy chappy , anyway looks as good as new now and it not full of werthers original wrappers either , still mint inside , very happy with it .

Matt you must be the only car dealer in the UK that go to the lengths you do to prepare a car. Credit to you. I bought an Audi A4 from a local dealer a month ago and driven it once not seen it since. It had no coolant in it after getting it home realising that the heaters didn't work and after filling it up it all disappears shortly after. You'd think they'd at least check the basics before the car leaving.

Should put new tyres on the rear after 30 years in the tyre game new tyres should be fitted to the rear of the vehicle prevents oversteer with a front wheel drive Michelin have a video about new on the front vs new on the rear in the wet you wouldn’t believe the results 👍keep up the good work

As someone who had a few Audi's from this era I will say they are great cars, until the timingchains fail that is, then they are ready for the scrapper, so far every Audi I've had ended with stretched timingchains at around 230.000km. Never had the burning oil that they are known for but that is still a running car.

Water leak is possibly tail lights, happened to mine. Don't worry about oil consumption issues, if it's made it to 13 year old then it's fine.

You forgot to say "I've massively overspent"
On the plus side the Audi kept a number of your local garages busy 😂
Can't win em all, hope your next car makes up for it.

Matt I know plates and buffing are something of a thing for you😜 Original plates always a good idea as indicates it hasn't had a bump.
How about replacing the rusty screws and adding the plates to your buffing rota?

Maybe not much profit but that person who buys it knows it’s a good motor and people recommend other people knowing they are going to get a good car from you…
I think your reputation will win in the end here
If I was looking for a car I’d look on your site and trust you and I live in Northern Ireland!!

im 22 and would happily drive an audi a4. audi's to me are elegant and make perfect sense. i wouldn't go for the se model though as you miss out on a few things.

The way I look at it:
    7,5% profit in around 4 weeks... that's 90% for a year
Compare it to what you get in a bank...
    Not bad 😀

Used car prices are crazy post covid. I bought an 100k L reg (similarly aged 12-13 years old) Audi 80 2.0 in early 06 for £500.

I had a very early 2008 Audi a4 with the 1.8T and it had 160,000 miles, burnt oil fairly well. Didn’t get more than like 20mph, only had the car about 5 weeks was an absolute dog. I would love another in good condition one day.
