I made this cherry loaf over the weekend. Although it tasted divine it sunked in the middle. Dont know why as I baked it for 45 min. I also rinsed the cherries but it still sunked to the bottom

I never tried it with cake flour but u can try,not my recipe so not sure but I think it can work
