The search turned up no drugs, not even flake. The police dropped the drug charges, but then charged him with disorderly and tampering with non-existent evidence. The article didn't mention any warrant, just that a dog had alerted on the car. Three separate agencies searched the car.

Is this an unoccupied vehicle? In states where Marijuana is illegal, but the use of CBD flower is legal is the operator’s statement that it is CBD flower enough to dispel probable cause? It would seem so.
