You got to turn on fidelitycass on, and turn it to quality, and you want your fps turned to variable. If not it's gonna cap your fps and your refresh rate at 120. You also want your texture filtering, and texture quality turned up. You have 16gb of vram and your barley using 7 gigs. Also you want v sync on. It's gonna prevent stuttering and screen tearing.
The game looked like shit with all those on so I had to backtrack
A lock on feature would be nice. Heck, even not a full lock on. Just a "Let me face this particular enemy" feature would work.

I think "Image Quality" is the same as "Resolution Modifier" where in the middle is 100% the native selected one (your case 1920x1080) and beyond that you force downsampling maybe to 150% or even 200%. So probably you are playing at an internal 2K/4K resolution.

I tried following the same steps like you, but the graphics settings aren't popping up. Do I have the wrong settings on, or is it my TV settings.
I'm on PC, console has way less options if you are on console

I feel like it's either faster jog or sprint at all times. I want to just walk and position myself oriented at enemies. Idk but it's tough

I don’t have that huge graphic settings options, I only got 3 choices varible and 30 fps , motion blur off or on and that’s it not that huge list ?

Heyo, i have found some settings to change that could greatly change yoru experience based of what you have shown,
I am using a 3080, i711700k ive noticed turning a few settings off and ACTUALLY increasing some way higher greatly impliments a better visual quality and experience

I’m having a serious graphics problem I find difficult to troubleshoot or find help online. I game textures in the dark flicker white like old tv static , when I turn on the lantern the illuminated textures look normal again.
Anyone experiencing this too ?

Yes consoles never get massive changes because they are already limited due to the console.
The constat drops every time an NPC shows up are so bad that i had to locket the closets possible to 30FPS like in console, keeping in mind going halfs of your monitor refreshrate, for example I have a 144hz monitor so the closest to 30 going to my halfs are from 144 to 72, from 72 to 36, so i locked to 36 FPS with RSS, set the game to Exclusive Fullscreen and activate Vsync. Done! the game feels fluid even though its just 36FPS specially with Freesync or Gsync ON! No drops at all, Console experience, even better actually.
Same. Main city is awful. Plays a lot better in the open world aspect of the game. Idk why they added so many NPCs that are pretty much useless.

bro i fucking despise not having my mini map turn i like being able to look at the direction im supposed to go and know its right but the fact my whole map shows me facing in that direction

You have a 4080 and cant get more than 60fps average? bro no way. my 4070/7800x3d gets at least 80fps. even cities.

No matter what I do, the game is just a blurry and hazey mess. I can't get into it at all because of how bad it look, it actually bothers my eyes. Super disappointed.

Are you running at your monitors resolution? DLSS and FSR need to be off. Also turn of dynamic resolution.
