Join me for another journal with me / craft with me in my mini altered book!! I picked 4 prompts at random to see what incould create, it was a journey but i shared the whole process creating this altered book page. I hope you enjoy :)

Suggestion to reinforce the pages, especially the front where it’s pulling from the spine: micropore tape is much sturdier than washi and is almost transparent…especially on pages the color of your book. I like using it on pages that are already finished because it doesn’t really change the look of the page overall.

I love journals made from this smaller size old book. I have several, but I've always added my own signatures out of assorted papers. I'll have to try using the original pages. Your spread and the yellow flowers are beautiful.

I love the finished pages! If I get paint on too strongly, I try to dab or swipe with a paper towel (kitchen roll) before it dries. I ordered the Get Messy Prompt Deck and can't wait to use them for ideas.
That’s a good idea, I’m not sure how well it goes with ink? 🤔 Will have to give it a try!! Love how “blotchy” paint can look. Yay hope you love it!!
