Currently looking at either the Ultra or the Ultra X Pro as my first board. Right now there is only a $300 difference between the two. Would the more powerful motors and the Samsung 50s battery be worth the additional cost in your opinion?
@@Atwooooood I think it depends on how you plan to ride it. The Ultra X will give you about 10 more miles of range. Also, the wider truck setup allows for pneumatic tires and more stability. If you’re looking for a street board that’s carvy I would go with the regular Ultra. If you’re looking for more range and stability I would go with the X.
hey man! watching the video right now, but before i get started i was looking at these boards for a beginner electric board for commute around college. tynee ultra, wowgo 3e, backfire g3 were my candidates. honestly leaning towards the tynee ultra, but i’m not sure just yet. could use your help!
@@trihoang727 I would recommend the Tynee Ultra over those 3 options. Much better wheels, better battery life with more range and the bamboo flex will make for a better ride. I prefer the belt drive version though. It’s a little more, but you’ll get better performance and the 105mm re-branded Boosted wheels. I can’t say enough how much of a difference those wheels make 👌🏽
*Yeww* 🤙🏽⚡️🤟🏽⚡️👌🏽 I'd swap front truck for a 50deg Caliber 3 Raked, more turn and carve but still stable with the stock 43deg in the rear. Classic eBoard form factor 👌🏽👌🏽
A Meepo equivalent to this would be the Envy - NLS 3. Both belt drive and bamboo style boards. The Meepo has a slightly larger battery. I also prefer the 105mm Boosted wheels on the Tynee vs 90mm Meepo wheels. The Meepo is currently priced $100 more.
@@ElectricCarves Thanks for the quick feedback! i ride Meepos and dig em but always looking to see whats out there and what people enjoy! thanks for the great reviews!!
I bought a tynee branded skateboard impulsively and tried to cancel the order immediately and am now being told there is no return. I went with tynee because I kept seeing reviews saying that they have great customer service but that has not been my experience. It seems to me that they DON'T CARE... The return and refund policy on their site is contradictory... The site says that I could cancel the order but then the representative via email told me that the warehouse that ships the boards is run by robots and really there was never a way to cancel the order before th robots shipped it off.... Everything that I've been told or read, has been contradicted. I am not pleased and I would like my money back. I feel lied to by all of you youtubers reviewing this company
@@MatteBlaqGuitar sorry to hear about your experience. I would recommend reviewing the return policy before purchasing any product. Not sure how that “TH-camrs” are lying to you around a refund policy.
@@MatteBlaqGuitar not sure how reviewing specs and board performance is a sales pitch. I clearly called out imperfections too. But ok, everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
very well done!! 👏 👏
@@esk8unity appreciate it homie!

That’s actually a great idea! I have Caliber trucks on my Zealot and love the feel of them 👌🏽
@@ElectricCarvesyeah, the new Raked version is turnier/carvier. I always put a 10inch Caliber truck on my rkp boards
does anyone have overall experience comparing Tynee boards to Meepo equivalents?

@ the lie is about the “great customer service”
You just wasted my time, this was a sales pitch not a review 👎🏾
