for me, I think Hornady and Underwood makes some of the best 10mm factory loads on the market, and even heard some good things about Grizzly and Buffalo Bore, when it comes to their 10mm loads as well.

The Lehigh projectiles are our go to when we go hog hunting it's either that or hardcastle. You're correct it's barrier blind. it'll go right through bone and keep doing damage. I've never shot that light of a grain, but I got confidence in doing it now. Great testing keep it up we love it can't wait to see it out of the carbine

Great test, Mr. T! Your velocities are right in line with the results I get with the same ammo, which unfortunately has been discontinued by Lehigh (now owned by Bill Wilson of Wilson Combat fame). The new bullet is 115 grains. With the 100 gr. bullets my Glock 29 averages 1688 fps and my Glock 40 gets 1852 while it gets 1960 with the Lone Wolf 9" barrel. I'm interested to see what it will be out of the LC since I have one on order. Your gel results are excellent as well and are again, right in line with my own and what others have gotten in gel (my tests were in water). These bullets are a lot more visually impressive when shot into 10% ordance gel although the numbers are similar. They are equally impressive when shot into flesh, something I saw when a 9mm bullet was fired into a previously killed 125 lb pig. It was hit in the shoulder and the bullet went thru both shoulders, stopping just under the hide on the off side. Everything between where the bullet stopped and the entrance was basically mush! That test is what convinced me to start carrying this ammo, as I now believe these are the best bullets for self/home defense money can buy! Unfortunately, the pig necropsy vid was pulled by u tube. I am also very pleased with the total penetration and it is exactly what I want to see in any bullet I carry in a handgun. I am not in the least opposed to exit holes as they are generally at the end of a bullets travel and any little bit of energy wasted is ok with me! Short of something nuclear, I can't imagine a bullet working any better than these!
    Cheers,
    jc

I have been watching a lot of these solid copper fluted projectiles lately.🤔 I am starting to see their usefulness.🤷‍♂ I am very curious to see them out of the carbine because I think these could possibly be a good hunting option out of the carbine.👍 The other place they seem to perform better than traditional hollow points is actually out of a .380 ACP.🤷‍♂
But I am glad to see the industry look at lead alternatives, there was a lot of push from the anti hunting crowd for more "environmentally friendly" options back in the 90's. I think the environmental damage aspect of it has been largely discredited today, but you know how those perceptions can linger amongst those ignorant on firearms.🤷‍♂

9:42 yep, that is meters per second (m/s) and that is ridiculously fast for a pistol round.
Yes, barrierblindness is a reason why these bullets exist. And another one: there are jurisdictions, where deforming bullets are illegal. So these here come in handy as an alternative.
