Didn't mention head placement, when adjusting the left place your head as close to the glass, when adjusting the right set your head in the middle just behind your center stack
I tried doing that but it seems off to me. I obviously see more but can’t tell how it’s in relation to the car not to mention I have to stretch my neck out. Whereas if I do how they do in the mirror but stay in my seat and just move my neck I can see well in all three mirrors. But I see some videos saying that it’s incorrect like that, but how can that be, as I should be able to see in the mirrors with just a quick move of my neck, not move to the center of the car. I am quite confused about this…
❤ If you can see your car from the side mirrors , they are NOT adjusted correctly! You need to completely eliminate blind spots on both sides. You don't need to see directly behind you from the side mirrors.
If you ever drive a box truck you quickly realize those side mirrors are so important. Center mirror misses a lot of vision. Best to use everything you got. ❤️
You should be using your side mirrors. Imo, this video is wrong. You shouldn't see your car in your normal head position. Right as a car passes you, it should go from your rearview mirror to your sideview mirror with maybe a tiny blind spot depending on the car mirror. Some mirrors are good enough to leave basically no blind spot
Thank you. I hate adjusting the mirrors as a shuttle driver, the mirrors are always adjusted to half of the mirror seeing the side of the vehicle. I who needs to side of the vehicle? More importantly is to see a wide picture of the other vehicles approaching.
When u adjust the left side view mirror , it is good t hat u can see the car behind u on the left side .if it is on the 1st front , u can change the lane ..but when it comes to the rervering parking inside t he car park ..not easy to see the white line of the car spot on the rear mirror unless u adj u st the mirror a bit .backward fr the car handle , then u can see & park safely .. That's my own experiences after 30 yrs of driving.
Those are side view mirrors.
The rear view mirror is hanging from the windshield.
Thank you! " I can't iditify the equipment, but let me teach you" drives me crazy.
well technically they are rear view too
Which side are they viewing? The left or the right? Or they are viewing the rear of the vehicle?
@@kantakillalooking like it is left hand drive
Not sure

Which side of the car is the wheel on? This video doesn’t help much if we don’t know that 😂😂😅
DONT WATCH THIS VIDEO BUY FORD FOCUS
Today I'll teach you what is rear view mirror and the side mirror..😅

Your videos are awesome ❤

Waiting for the rear view mirror
ah yes, stopping the car in the middle of a highway
Ah yes, watching this in the middle of the highway

I use the SAE method where your side mirrors touch the rearview mirror and I use blindspot mirrors as parking mirrors.
what's sae method?
Is this setting for left hand drive or right hand drive?
exactly my question
Probably left hand drive
My question too. Not clear at all 👎🏼👎🏼

This is incorrect, this still creates a massive blind spot, you need to have a wider angle
The design seems very human.
AI narration is so clever isn't it.....not !
Those side mirrors still need to go wider to eliminate blind spots. There is a far better way.
IN DODO THIS IS CALLED "SPION" MIRROR READ AS ESPION...AGE WAHAHAHAHA
Mention for the right hand drive and the left hand drive cars separately
Am I the only one who uses the centre rear view mirror mostly?
If you ever drive a box truck you quickly realize those side mirrors are so important. Center mirror misses a lot of vision. Best to use everything you got. ❤️
I broke my driver side mirror and never realized how much I use it until I didn't have it. You might be surprised. Especially on a multi-lane highway
@ettoolet yes you're right, about using it on highways and roundabouts, especially for cars that sneak on and try to overtake.

I used to use my side mirrors as rear mirrors and it's so much better to adjust them a little more outward
Is this for left or right hand drive?
left hand drive
Depending where the steering wheel located.

Thanks for explaining the proper height, which I didn’t know how to judge until now
My mirror car is not like that when I do as you said 😢
Rear really ?
Is this for left hand driving?
I thought this was common sense. But common sense ain't common these days.
Well not every car has adjustable mirrors and no one gets taught the correct placement. “Common sense”🤦♂️
@@moomer2675 please name one car without adjustable mirrors.
That’s not a rear view mirror lol
I always obsessed with having my mirrors in this setting

Very useful video by the way!
Dude just do the opposite sides
Its for Left hand drive
Thanks ✌️ 👍
Thanks. Now show us how to adjust the centre rear view mirror please.
That trick doesn’t work on a Prius 😩

You're talking about Side view mirrors. The rear view mirror is inside your car on the windshield
Long as I can see sneaky cops I'm happy 🤣

Thank you
Useful
I m already using exact settings of both mirrors
