Check your throttle position voltage through scanner and test your throttle body and throttle pedal. Your throttle body could be getting stuck open/closed. I would clean your mass air flow sensor as well as your throttle body while the injectors are being clean/flow tested
Definitely sounds like an electrical type thing to me in that system. Best to think about what's different drivetrain wise between 1st and 2nd and all of the other gears. Good luck brother. Glad the axles finally came for you.
Glad to see you back on the road. I know exactly how you would feel if you got 390 instead of 400. My CTR got 490…. And that’s all Derek could do due to reliability and longevity reasons. Little upsetting but it is what it is.
490 shit id die for that kinda power. Imagine how us si guys feel barely cracking 270hp with fbo and e30 and having a ticking time bomb 1.5 that you never know when it's gunna lift the head. 490 is super solid. It's too bad the r is so damn expensive for most.
i really loved the build 10/10, me myself own a 10 gen 1.5t touring trim which is stock im thinking trading it only cause of automatic cvt , what do you think does stock tranny and engine can live with good maintainence but with hard driving
Can't remember what turbo you are running but you wont make 400whp on any type r turbo unless its on E30 with MHI stage 2, RV6 or PRL Stock Type R wont hit 400 on the Accord engine. Usually fuel system on E30 will max get you about 420whp and beyond that its Meth if you want more
Those open grilles look better if you flat black paint the center part of the crashbar behind it.. that little triangular section in the middle which sticks up is like a sore thumb. I was in the same boat, and much happier since painting it. cheers
i had the same type of problem when i first got my ktuner v2 for my new si and it was because my tune wasn't meant for that intakes mass air flow sensor. The fix for me was i just have stock intake back on put i need to buy the right pherable tune which ik is different for you but basically what you need to do is make sure the tune is meant for that exact mass air flow sensor i think
The problem you have reminds me the throttle oscilation problem every 1.5 tuned on my country (on ktuner) has at 1200 to 1500 rpm. Yours is very similar but at higher rpm, and I think is some software inside the ECU doing this. Does Tony use hondata?

From what I’ve been told by drob is that some accord have the capacity to hit 400. It will be ethanol

Try reset the tp with scan tool . Also use zip ties for sensors for alignment

No. It’s a newer k20c4 which is the turbo engine in the 10th gen accord
