Build things using a tech stack (doesn’t really matter which) and put them on a portfolio. Keep your projects on github and actively reach out to any potential clients. Use that to boost your marketing potential. Don’t get so bogged down with learning random languages. Instead, get really good at one language/ecosystem. It’s more important to just get through building projects and showing clients you can do what they want you to do. The clients themselves actually don’t care all that much about the tools you use, just that you can deliver what they need you to. Good luck! 👍
