I actually like my stitch quick by Singer. I am impressed with it! Love the handheld sewing! Totally love these miniature machines. Everything is easy to operate for me.
I recently got the Singer Quick Stitch + and I absolutely love it! It’s so easy to use and figure out, I had never used a sewing machine before and I picked it up so quickly with the little machine.
Bought the Singer Stitch Quick at Walmart on clearance markdown. Kind of assumed it would be chintzy from the price, but it actually works well. I have one of those little chainstitch ones too, but with not the best results. The stitching came loose on a couple things, even after doing the annoying knot deal to "lock" it. That shirt is awesome btw.
Thank You very much for comparison video. Have You ever test Singer Stitch sew quick 2 machine? It has 2 speed option, but how does it sew I don't know...
Did you or anyone else figure out how to fix the thread from breaking? Only thing i can see what might be the cause is when the top thread is is pushed down into the machine via the needle to make the loop with the bobbin it becomes to tight and snaps the line. Any help would be appreciated. thank you
Im a guy so was looking up these. It was my passed on mothers sewing genie( she had a huge machine too). There seems to be all kinda things your is missing, most notably is the 120v power adapter which might of helped with it just stopping. Batteries may not of been the ticket. If you look on the foot pedal, there should be a plug in hole.
Hey little update: The plug plugged into the back of the machine on the top hole. Bottom is the pedal. But I got mine to work. Luckily my mother threw nothing away, and mine still had all the pieces along with even the little zipable plastic cover the machine went in and all the instructions. It is a lil noisy I guess. But it works!! Hope your viewers have similar luck.
Im a single father and have always fixed my sons clothes with just a needle n thread haha, i finally got a machine so my fingers wont cramp up any more haha thanks for the info, i did have to watch the video two times because i couldn keep my eyes off of you, you are verry beautiful
My late mother purchased one of these Sewing Genie machines. I've finally figured out how to thread the top bobbin. The problem is I can't figure out for the life of me how to thread the bottom bobbin. The manual is horrible and makes no sense. There are no videos on how to do it. Can you help?
@@l.t.t.3828 No. i've given up. The machine isn't new or being promoted anywhere so no one is doing anything new. The frustating thing is experienced sewers thing I'm joking that I can't figure it out.
@@l.t.t.3828 No. I haven't found anything. All the new videos I've seen use a different mechanism in the bobbin compartment that seems MUCH easier to deal with. Hope you have better luck than I in getting this thing to work. LOL
I have lost hours and hours trying to get the Singer Quick Stitch to function. It does an inch of sewing and then jams. I have replaces the bobbins, needle....everything. Nothing but frustration.

what machine can i use thin fishing line as my thread... i need to sew filters together that will stay submeged into an AQUARIUM ?
i’m just getting into sewing because i need it for crochet what of these would u recommend?
U probably already got a machine but I would get a cheap real machine if u don’t wanna spend much or used
Avoid Sewing Genie. There are very affordable "real" machines if you have the space.
I just got the Singer one from WM too. 😂

Try to adjust the bobbin lose a little
Like your Sewing Genie, Mine does not work. Not with the foot pedal or the little button. A wasted money.
Yes new
You didn't had the thread in
Big hands I know you're the one!
