lol i would always _attempt_ to powershield because it usually only takes one to stop netplay falcos from lasering, but now i will try to learn these other options. thanks for sharing

i dont play fox or falco but thinking about the game this way is soooo helpful (and probably can be applied in other matchups vers falco to an extent anyways). it's the really simple things good players do that go over a lot of heads including mines i think

Though I do have a couple more questions, how good taking laser then wavedashing is? Also what can Yoshi do against Falco at close range with no out of shield options options?
Falco's speed is a huge factor. I highly suggest shielding lasers more often as falco because you have access to laser out of shield to regain control!
@@SsbmGinger thanks I'll try that. I often find myself pinned down by a falco lasering in the ditto and I either get stuck in shield or spam jump to escape to a platform or just the air so I can re-establish some laser control myself.

Do these concepts apply in the falco ditto? take laser dash forward/back? I imagine there's differences as falco is slower than fox
