On second thought, I guess it was by half a foot. The center of the ball was inside the line, so measuring from the inside part of the ball that touched the court to the outside of the line is probably 6 inches.

Years ago I played with a WTA top 30, Tamarine Tanasukarn. As a club player, all I can say is "forget it".
Ya no chance if they hit full power, max 2 shots point over 😅 feels like a rocket in real life, faster than the videos. I train and play with my coaches who are national pros as well in Malaysia

Josh. Obviously has ability & a big hitter but can be hit or miss. A lot of his unforced errors end up halfway down the net. I’d like to see him reel back a peg, get some topspin & longer points. Love the format

@@theoneweekwonder yes it does it helps breathing cause when it’s a tight match or your nervous it helps blow out air so you have to breath back in and then you have a good breathing pattern when your tense

Just a personal take. I hate the term "club player". There are many more thousands of us that play a lot of tennis but don't belong to any club. I'd rather you use "recreational player".
Yeah I'm a recreational player that happens to sometimes play at a club. The term club player though for me means someone playing for a club in competition. Personally I hate how in the UK and some other countries I've been in, tennis is centred around clubs rather than individuals. That's where things like Playtomic for padel are way better. Shame more people don't use it for tennis. All that being said, if you sign up the LTA, there are local 'parks' leagues to play in. Still the LTA asks you for your club when you sign up.
I spent a lot of time in continental Europe and tennis is a sport for the masses and the working class. In Germany, local parks have beautifully maintained red clay courts.@@defylifeadventure
