The more I watch YT tennis the more I see this level of foot faulting. I’m beginning to feel plenty of players foot fault and don’t give a crap. It’s a shame for players who actually try to play the game properly. It’s easy to get away with it because most games are played without an official.
@@ayhayuba3969 More than likely they don't know when they're doing it and the opponent can't see it. But once told, it should be corrected. The foot fault comments are hilarious. Does anyone really think the outcome would be any different if Tim stood a few centimeters further back? Did he gain any advantage by being 2-3 cm on the line? In any tournament with officials he would receive a warning, back up 8-10 cm, and the problem would be solved. If someone had brought it to his attention in this friendly competition, I'm sure he would have done the same.
There is a reason why a foot fault is a fault. If he did it once in 200 serves, i think its fine. If he does it 9 out of 10 serves, it means he cant serve without foot faulting. The very bad habit he makes with his foot requires him to move back easily half a foot and that would mess up the serve for sure. In any real tournament, he would have lost, or disqualified.
