Had great fun riding the bikes. They are super fun and great looking bikes, but as with all new bikes you need to set them up for you as a rider. The Sport Glide is definitely an option going forward, would just need to change the "steering stick" , foot sticks, seat and make it sound like a Harley. Thanks for all the support guys!
It is beautiful! We can’t wait to fully explore it. This was just a quick taste while we dropped our daughter’s stuff at uni. A dedicated Scottish riding trip is much needed! X
Like I said previously but I'll just say it again to remind you it's all technique and practice and getting comfortable for rideability and for comfort it just might be a handlebar change for sitting more erect and comfortable in the saddle mini apes with pull back risers, or old school ram horn handlebars. That's what I've learned in my 37 years of riding. Whatever you end up riding, getting, or keeping, or whatever you decide I'll always be watching you two cuz I love your videos. You guys are so real, like friends I've never met.
one thing I have learned about HD engines you can customize the engines 4 different ways they are Stage 1,2,3 and 4 depending on your riding style. Then you can get additional computers called Tuners to help with the petrol flow. This is what is on my bike. I have HD screamin 103 stage 4 with tuner capable of doing 150 mph previous owner. I have to be the master and respect the incredible power and torque. A very laid back and comfortable ride. like sitting on luxury arm chair. Your videos are incredible and insightful. Thank you very much
I love the banter between you both. You are obviously kindred spirits meant to be with one another. Another great video. Stick with your Road Kings. I ride a 2010 Road King and could not be happier. Cheers from Australia Peter.
My Sport Glide is great, especially with stage 1. Unfortunately the pegs rattle that much I have to tuck my foot under the rear brake to stop it falling off. The neutral issue stops after a few thousand miles!
@barry walker Hi Barry, Bunny is so comforatble, the bars and the seating position is perfect for me. People have just said i should look at a lighter bike, but I love my bike
Great to see you testing several different bikes. I think Brian would fit great on a Road or Street Glide. Hang in there and you’ll find the perfect one even if it needs a few tweaks to make it perfect for you.
@@BunnyKingHogs If Brian wants man size comfort he should jump to the SGUltra or RGUltra with a full stage1/2 upgrade, the standard SG and RG suspension rides harder and would need upgrading where as the Ultra's = straight out of the box comfort.......only suggesting!
So I love my Sport Glide, bike before was a Street Glide and all though it was comfy i live in the rocky mountains so the lighter weight and shorter wheel base is really nice. I have a question, been wondering who did the art work for the Bunny King logo, Really like it.
It’s great to hear you want to try other bike I bought a victory vision after my glide totally distroyed its engine in the south of France so check your cam chain tensioners my victory is so comfortable for touring, great vids keep it up pete c
Hi Peter the reason why people have Gravitated towards you is because of your careing nature always being quick to help others riders in danger or in need of help witch I always see you doing time and time again plus your love and Knowledge of e-bikes. Super cool human being dude 👌 respect 🙏
Just change your risers. You will sit upright. Look at the 12" tilted Krause risers. Wish I could somehow send you pictures of my Sport Glide with the higher bars tilted towards the rider. Perfect ergonomics. As for the foot pegs, yes I agree HD provided the very minimal but that's because one of the first parts most riders replace are the foot pegs. It's a personal choice. Some like platforms looking like snow skis. I personally like the Kuryakyns installed at an angel. As for the grandma's sewing machine sound, all the new HD make/ have that sound. It's the new engine design but once you get your personal exhaust pipes, that sound goes away. Look at the Hacker pipes.....the Mayhem....what a sound ! You will come to love the bike. It's unique in that it's the best of both worlds......tourer and cruiser.....now that you've ridden it, I am sure you agree that it's very responsive and nimble with plenty of power unlike the other models.

If you want to stick with the Softail platform and have saddlebags....then yes. BUT, if you want a bike with storage and yet have a cruiser, buy a Road King. I've had a Sport Glide with a Stage 3 kit and LOVED it but I was limited in storage. Did a test ride of the Road King and that day it was bye-bye Sport Glide and hello Road King....never looked back. Enjoy the ride.

Another great video. I loved seeing you crossing the Firth of Forth. I really love the look of the old railway bridge there. I must say, I am really surprised you didn't swap bikes for a bit. I have a feeling Carolyne would have enjoyed the riding position on the Fat Boy a bit more than the Sport Glide. It's a very similar frame to Bunny (they're both Softails), so she might have felt more comfortable on it. I know I enjoy my '09 Road King with the 103 Twin Cam motor, but it is hard-pressed to keep up with some of my friends on their Milwaukee Eight motors. Keep trying different bikes...maybe take a ride out to the West Midlands and tour the new Norton Headquarters/Factory for a cool and interesting ride. With a LOT of British history involved with the marque.
Thanks Brian, we were planning on going to the Midlands this week but sadly life and weather put an end to the dream. We wanted to swap but we werent insured to do so.Have a list of bikes to try, just need the weather to do so, and for the deerships to have demo models. Thanks for watching
@@BunnyKingHogs Just keep trying different bikes. You might just be surprised one day. I forgot to say that the New Norton Headquarters is in Solihull. I was just on their website, and their new V4CR Cafe Racer looks simply amazing!! I'm pretty sure Indians are available in the UK. They have a couple of Chief models that are extremely comfortable to ride, with a 116-inch motor. BMW even has an 1800cc motorcycle with reverse...the R18.
Carolyne you look so much more comfortable riding the Sport Glide. You can change the foot pegs over to floor boards. I had pegs on my Breakout but once I got my Street Glide I'll never go back to a bike with pegs. Mustang makes a great seat. I've put one on both of my bikes. Brian looks like me, big enough to make any Harley look small. Keep trying new bikes and you'll get to the one that you know is "the bike".
i have the sport glide and the road king special - live them both and so very different- yes the sport glide is a different seating experience but such a joy to ride bc it is so nimble. You should try a road king special- a bagger without all the big fairing
Another great video love to ride through Scotland. The Sport Glide would take some modifying to get it just right for you. But I think you would love it once you got it right. Quite a bit more agile and quicker than our Deluxe’s. I do love my 07 Deluxe though..👍🏻🇦🇺
Glad you enjoyed the tour both. Kirkcaldy pronounced ‘Kirk-caw-dee’ no L 😆 🏴 and we Fifers call Anstruther ‘Ainster’, ride on 😎 and you got off the coastal road; you should have gone right at Kirkcaldy through Dysart then stop at West Wemyss and costal route only gets going properly from Lundin Links up to St Andrews
Great video guys love the scenery as always. Trade or not I would say do what fits you better and the comfort of the ride. As much as you guys ride I would choose for comfort. Then again that's just my thoughts. Ride safe and God Bless
Maybe I'm just nostalgic but I like the slightly older bikes myself for looks, get a new seat do a upgrade for a little more power on the motor you already like them.
Guys, if you want a great tour in Scotland but not the NC500 then look up the Crieff ‘Cloverleaf’ route 😎, next year we are going to do the Scottish coast run, a good 2500 miles round 🏴 you haven’t really done ‘Scotland’ until you at least get north of Stirling and Perth 😊
Yeah agree I also prefer to sit more upright particular on long rides and also prefer running boards. Yeah Brian go the Harley trike 👍 Nice ocean and beach views riding along. Agree Brian need apes & different seat on Fatboy and Sports Glide to be comfy. Sport bikes are generally worse for most peeps as you are more forward leaning again so best to stick to Cruisers. Ps You could always just swap out your existing bike motors for 114 (M8) motors or equivalent spec.
You guys are awesome. Love the visiting the dealers and riding different bikes. Bunny and King are great bikes and I they look so great side by side, just like the two of you! I hope you guys will get touring bikes. Because you guys touring is the best part. Funny conversation and beautiful scenery. But boob cam will probably not work and we all know how disappointing that would be to Carolyne. But wish will be so much happier on a Street Glide or Road Glide for the long trips. I do hope you stay with Harley but I'll watch no matter what. Yall are just too much fun. Bunny and King forever! But comfort and miles count. Carolyne, a SGS lowered and bag guards is the way to go. If you guys get to tinkering, then that's a ton of content for down the road. No matter what I just hope you guys keep ride'n and vlog'n.
@@BunnyKingHogs agreed. I kind of figured that. Your first love is always the warmest. 😉 warning... wants you finally step out... you'll be going thru bikes like a sailor on leave. LOL!!! You guys are great. America is waiting to be discovered!
omg carolyne.sore ankles sore hips sore everything!!!!! and only 25 years old. ok so not much can be done to make the fat "bike" as comfy for brian as his bike is but for yours theres lots that can be done.putting floorboards on with a heel shifter would definitely help.it would be easier to use the "stopper".the demo bikes sound like harleys.your bikes sound like aftermarket pipes.easy to change the pipes on a stock bike but pricey.easy to change risers and handlebars to make the sitting position more comfy.as soon as i bought my vulcan 125 incher i measured where i wanted my hands versus where the grips were and ordered risers to match.then i had a gel pad installed in the seat.lowered the rear end to accomodate the wife and was all set for comfortable riding.love all your vide-thanks
Hi another great video my friends. Sorry it seems my notifications don’t alert me for your channel like they do with others. Haha 😂. You guys are funny. Always a pleasure for me. ✊🙏👍❤️🔥
Hi, you maybe fixed on Harleys which are a great bike but have you tried the new Indian Chief, it maybe worth a try, low seat height and the 116 dark horse has sat nav etc.
Hi Alistair Really hard to find demo models for Indian. The closest dealer we have is over 100miles away and they make you jump through multiple hoops to ride the bikes
How about taking a couple of triumph thunderbirds for a run, I have thunderbird lt,it's got the most comfortable seat i've ridden on,1700cc engine is awsome, brian would love it.
Hi nev, we have been trying to get on a triumph for a while now but they just don't seem to have demo bikes. Only chance to ride it is if we buy it. Maybe you have contacts with Triumph??
Just another great video ! Loved it ! Keep trying them out , Brian should try a bike with the 131cc then build it for him. Carolyne try out a 114cc motor on your style of bike . That way you have more passing power and that grunt you are looking for. Keep up with the great video`s.
Hi guys good to see your trying out different Harley’s but don’t sell your bikes you will regret it .The deluxe is discontinued and will make a good investment in years to come. I believe the older bikes have more personality. You guys look great with all that chrome that’s what a Harley is and that sound oooffff.
You guys are great. Funniest interactions on youtube. Brian might like the Breakout since he is taller and its got good power. The fat boy gets moved around by the wind because of the solid rims. Nothing is as comfortable to ride as the big Harleys. The smaller ones are just more maneuverable but they are a rougher ride. Be safe
I got nervous when I seen the title. You have a beautiful motorcycle and you don’t see many like yours. Carolyne, If you have to stretch like that after a short ride that bike is not for you. I’m like Brian, bigger guy that needs to stretch out. Beautiful countryside as always guys. Be safe
Every American wanted a Fat Boy after it was introduced in the movie Terminator 2. I had a 2005 Road King Custom which had similar wheels. I will say that if you get a big cross wind, those wheels are dangerous. I was blown across three lanes of traffic out in the Badlands by Sturgis, South Dakota. I think Bunny needs some different bars that still let you sit upright. And always practice practice practice. I love Brian’s bike. I think it suits him. Although I’d love to see him on a Road Glide. Carolyn needs a bigger bike than the Sport Glide. Maybe she should try a Street Glide? Thank you again for a great video.
I have similar rims on my shadow they’re stock & I can attest to the cross wind issues,my only problem is that they don’t really make other rims to fit my bike,so I’m kinda stuck with them
Needed that dose of humor today, you two are magic in a video. BTW I am not a fan of forwards either.. I prefer footboards or mids. I love my Street Glide but the stock suspension in the rear sucked. Changing the rear shocks was one of the first things I did as well as the windshield.
I really like the Sport Glide when I seen the announcement on the website, and I was looking to get a new bike at the time. My local dealership finally got one in stock and I went to look at it. Well it was very underwhelming when I seen it in person. The wheels are still awesome, but that’s about it. Have you tried a Heritage Classic yet? If not try one, they are awesome.
Hi so .. iam so happy to see you finally using your new helmet .. have been saying to my brother for weeks now. You had a new one . Why aren't you wearing it .. ( after all we all that smack was a hard one . And any hard smack weakens it for the next one ) so yea!!! So glad you are using the new one finally ... Bike wise . I say ride what you feel comfortable riding .. after all it makes it more enjoyable and you can concentrate on the more important things like . That bike rider heading towards you . Like a blind bat
U will know when u find the right next bike when I rode my new ultra limited I got few months I knew right away this is the one I love it it's a big bike
@@BunnyKingHogs omg! Well I do think all that will come in time for the channel. It seems two things drive channels, beautiful places and beautiful upgrades.
Aye, or even up fae Fife over Tay up to Carnoustie then Arbroath and Forfar up the Edsel - Banchory road, so many great roads, Scotland is vast, .. the west cost along Lochgilphead up to Oban and Fort William then up the Kyle & Lochalsh 😎
Next time! Most of the ride we were stuck in Traffic, wasn't fun. You need to know the back routes. Definitely coming back, next time with our bikes though

Hi Carolyne! How are you? You have such beautiful places to ride!...awesome! Love hearing you having so much fun! As far as the bikes...pick the one that handles the best, is the most comfortable for your body, and has the power you like! Doesn't help much does it?😂 Enjoy you guys!❤️
I will stick with my ultra limited for awhile yet. Like the comfort of highway cruising. Cruise control etc listen to the tunes going down the road. 🤓😎🏍💨💨💨💨💨👍🏻🇨🇦
I would struggle..it think its too much bike if that makes sense. Give me an engine with wheels, all the gadgets distract from the joy.I say that now but a SG or RG are tempting me 😄
I'm way shorter than either one of you, and I did not like the sportglide handle bars at all, I'm definately a "monkey bars" guy, I hate leaning forward like you were complaining about, Brian, you said it correctly, neither bike was set up for you guys, I don't think HD makes one bike thats comfortable off the show room floor, prolly do it on purpose....my HD is 26yrs old, and I like it, but my travel and comfortable bike is a Ducati Multistrada...I have the harley for riding to dinner or a bike night...as always I love listening to you guys go back and forth! Brian, I'm glad you put the gorilla imitation in this video! cracks me up! Cheers!
Im not a Harley guy, but they always look nice to me. I had wished you to offer a chart of the different bikes - biggest open ended question I would think with any choice is "mean time between failure". Does the Newbie have failure points accounted for so brought current, such as what your current bike has experienced, or is the Newbie due for some new issues too?? - Then you have the Equity/Debt Trade in Question to deal with too -
She looked so happy to get off and stretch when stopping for petrol! Riding shouldn't be that uncomfortable. Please go and test a factory lowered 1200/1250 GS before making a decision, you may be very surprised what they have to offer!!
It was super uncomfy but i guess you need to just customise it to get it set up for you. ADV bikes are just too tall although we have a opportunity to ride one with a lowered seat so we shall see. thanks 😊 for watching

Thanks for the info! Next time we hipe to meet some.locals to show us some good riding roads, we sat in traffic most of the day.
That was fun. Great review!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Congratulations on the 10k guys, thats amazing 🤩
Thanks 🔥, taken a long time to get there. Although we said if we reached 8k by xmas it would be awesome
Great video guys love the scenery as always. Trade or not I would say do what fits you better and the comfort of the ride. As much as you guys ride I would choose for comfort. Then again that's just my thoughts. Ride safe and God Bless
Yup! Agreed! Comfort all the way :)
Well said! Bunny is super comfy to ride. Thanks for watching
Maybe I'm just nostalgic but I like the slightly older bikes myself for looks, get a new seat do a upgrade for a little more power on the motor you already like them.
It would have to be a very special bike to sway me away from my girl. We have a history ….and she is beautiful 😍
@@carolynemoolenschot2907 Check out the HD Heritage Carolyne, in chrome. I thing you might fall in with it - I did......even has footboards!
For me it has to look like a Harley, that is why the king and deluxe are 2 of my favourite bikes
@@BunnyKingHogs yep and that rumble you know it's a harley
@@BunnyKingHogs Heritage is very much classic Harley in looks. You will love it.
Awesome!! Thanks a million! Have an amazing trip xxx
Sounds like a good trip, almost as far as riding down to Croatia and back haha
Hello! My friend.
Long time no see.
Wow! It's such a moving and fun 💘🌷💕 motorcycle trip video.
💚🌹🍻 Have a day full of luck and energy.
👍👍👍
No matter what I just hope you guys keep ride'n and vlog'n.
would have to change the channel name as well if we changed Bunny or king lol. Spent up to 10 hours a day touring Europe on Bunny, super comfy
Thanks Vulcan, yes changing the bars, floorboards and seat would be a start. The bike was fun but not enough of a difference to get me to swap
Hi another great video my friends. Sorry it seems my notifications don’t alert me for your channel like they do with others. Haha 😂. You guys are funny. Always a pleasure for me.
✊🙏👍❤️🔥
Yeah, seems to be a commkn problem, no one seems to get notifications. hmmm. thanks for watching, appreciate the support
Hi, you maybe fixed on Harleys which are a great bike but have you tried the new Indian Chief, it maybe worth a try, low seat height and the 116 dark horse has sat nav etc.
Hi Alistair
Really hard to find demo models for Indian. The closest dealer we have is over 100miles away and they make you jump through multiple hoops to ride the bikes
@@BunnyKingHogs Hi if you are ever near the lakes again next summer you can have a ride on mine
Thanks for the ride
No problem 👍
How about taking a couple of triumph thunderbirds for a run, I have thunderbird lt,it's got the most comfortable seat i've ridden on,1700cc engine is awsome, brian would love it.
Hi nev, we have been trying to get on a triumph for a while now but they just don't seem to have demo bikes. Only chance to ride it is if we buy it. Maybe you have contacts with Triumph??
Great video, best review of a bike EVER!!! HAHA Stick with your Bunny!
Thanks! Will do!
Just another great video ! Loved it ! Keep trying them out , Brian should try a bike with the 131cc then build it for him. Carolyne try out a 114cc motor on your style of bike . That way you have more passing power and that grunt you are looking for. Keep up with the great video`s.
That would be cool! Tempted with the fxdr, spparently that is fun yo ride. Thanks for watching
I’m 64 and learning a totally new language today and it’s quite delightful. 😁
Sorry!!! :) Have a good week and thanks for watching
@@BunnyKingHogs I love it, God bless both of you
@@RA-ws7it Have a great Christmas
Hi guys good to see your trying out different Harley’s but don’t sell your bikes you will regret it .The deluxe is discontinued and will make a good investment in years to come. I believe the older bikes have more personality. You guys look great with all that chrome that’s what a Harley is and that sound oooffff.
Thanks James, will need to be something special to make her swap I think. There is a special bond ! Thanks for watching
Be safe
Thanks Ryan :)
Yes, I think they’re all fun just need to fit them to our old achey bodies !
Thanks for watching Ryan, liked the fatboy, can imagine yhe wind could cause issues with the wheels
Awesome video guys love watching
Thanks Jeff
I got nervous when I seen the title. You have a beautiful motorcycle and you don’t see many like yours. Carolyne, If you have to stretch like that after a short ride that bike is not for you. I’m like Brian, bigger guy that needs to stretch out. Beautiful countryside as always guys. Be safe
We were both feeling it at the fuel stop, rather pleased when we headed home. But maybe a stock Deluxe would be the same, not set up for the rider
I have similar rims on my shadow they’re stock & I can attest to the cross wind issues,my only problem is that they don’t really make other rims to fit my bike,so I’m kinda stuck with them
I have heard that complaint a few times, surprised they haven't made some slight changes
Have you tried the new Indian Chief??? Great machine😉
Not yet! We have tried but really difficult to find one near us. Have looked at the scout Bobber
New indian super chief limited would be dope for you . So comfortable. Lots of power.
@@daveeustace2990 tried agin over the weekend to find a dealer, sadly nothing
I had to wait 6 months, then put a deposit down sight unseen. Got one of the first in nz, don't regret it.amazing ride and looks really cool!!!
@@daveeustace2990 Just googled, looks nice! Enjoy and ride safe
Needed that dose of humor today, you two are magic in a video. BTW I am not a fan of forwards either.. I prefer footboards or mids. I love my Street Glide but the stock suspension in the rear sucked. Changing the rear shocks was one of the first things I did as well as the windshield.
Hi Doug, hope your day wasnt too bad. Thanks for your kind words and appreciate the support
wonder how you would do in the States on 4-5 and 6 lane roads???? you are enjoying some beautiful country riding....i'm jealous....be safe....
We have had it for a while but Brian takes forever to edit things HAHA
U will know when u find the right next bike when I rode my new ultra limited I got few months I knew right away this is the one I love it it's a big bike
Hi Jeff
think she has found her bike, the first time she saw Bunny she said "thats my bike".
Brilliant video. 👍. I now know what a stopper is. 😂
😁 learm something new everyday
The newer bikes are soooooo much better. I love bunny but she is a tad old school. I think Bryan needs to by momma a new bike for Christmas!
Love Bunny and we dont ride fast, just nice to have the power there to use. Maybe should stage 4 Bunny!!!
@@BunnyKingHogs but it's Christmas!! Harleys for ALL THE NICE KIDS!! 😂😂😂🎅🎅🎅
@@BunnyKingHogs omg! Well I do think all that will come in time for the channel. It seems two things drive channels, beautiful places and beautiful upgrades.
I have a sport glide and love it.
It’s a great bike!! I’d need to change the bars and foot rests
The are great bikes, best of both worlds. Would just need to customise it
I think you should try the heritage soft tail.
It is on the todo list to be honest, like the look of the bike
Get yerselves up to the West Coast of Scotland next time... especially north of Loch Lomond. Drop-dead gorgeous "proper" Scotland! 😁👍
Aye, if you want mountains then starting from Loch Lomond or Callander a good place, about 200 miles to the North West from Fife
Next time! Most of the ride we were stuck in Traffic, wasn't fun. You need to know the back routes. Definitely coming back, next time with our bikes though
@@BunnyKingHogs aye, consider the start of the Scottish trip as being from Perth upwards, the country is vast, majestic and the riding roads are sublime 😎
My comments always end up in the “naughty section”, but you two always start it!!!
YES! I wonder why??
Regards from Santiago, for Caroline you should test Slim M8, for Brain the Road Glide m8, great video
Hi Ricardo 👋 we are going to ride afew bikes in the summer. Not sure I've seen a slim
😂😂. Enjoyed this very much.
Serious question tho. In some of the towns you rode thru there’s squiggly lines on the road, what do they mean?
No stopping or parking! Usually near pedestrian crossings.
You two are comical as hell. Love your videos!!
Glad you like them!bThanks for watching Cap
Where you been guys? Great video, missed you.
Hi Richard, weve been here just takes me a long time to edit
So no new bikes yet then? Love the banter guys.
Thanks Graham, no not yet. Would need to be something exceptional to swap Bunny!
@@BunnyKingHogs Carolyne, if you find the bars on Bunny a bit wide for cornering would it not be possible to fit narrower bars? Just a thought.
Hope you two come to the States, for Sturgis or one of the other rallies. Nice vid.
Thanks Pan 😊 would love to come to the US, mot sure when would be possible though
Try the new Indian Super Chief Limited. You just might like that one.
Would do if we could find someone to let us try the bike!

Oh gone on, you "know" you want too.
The stopper, is the other one the goer?
Thanks Alan, it was a ice bike but I prefer Bunny, she is beautiful.

Making the bike your own, is half the fun.
Hi Donnie, Love my bike, she is super comfy but maybe a bit heavy that is all.
Thanks for watching and hope you have a good Christmas
I will stick with my ultra limited for awhile yet. Like the comfort of highway cruising. Cruise control etc listen to the tunes going down the road. 🤓😎🏍💨💨💨💨💨👍🏻🇨🇦
You know Harley is discontinuing the Sport Glide and the 107 motor right?
We do know ... HAHA. Thanks for watching
I think Brian should try a Goldwing👍great vid as always you two 👏👏
I would struggle..it think its too much bike if that makes sense. Give me an engine with wheels, all the gadgets distract from the joy.I say that now but a SG or RG are tempting me 😄
Next time go to the West of Scotland, far more dramatic scenery and great biking roads.
we planned on doing that, maybe next summer
@@BunnyKingHogs Just follow the A82 from Glasgow North 😍
You guys are so funny, really good content keep doing what you do.
I wouldn't....keep what you have !!!
Thanks Scott, after the ride I agree
Cheers!

What’s the song ? Been in other vlogs too? Opening song? Anyone?
Its called "The Trick - Sleepaway Camp" - was in the 1st video as well

@@BunnyKingHogs why a 1250 gs? Try an 800 they will more than do what you need and much lower height 👍
Best she avoid them!! Can always test ride the PanAmerica far better then the gs!! I am an ex owner of the gs 1250!!!
