Marco Silva just won the Latin America International Championships with this team! He was the first player from the west who I saw using it and was the reason I made this video, so it's really cool to see him pilot it to so much success across the last few weeks!
Do you think it's possible to get Top 100 MasterBall Rank with only this team? PS. Just subscribed thumbed up came across your videos now really well done brother, I really like your videos!!
@@rheeper Yes, I think it's possible. It's not the easiest team to use and you're vulnerable to misses, but Marco finished 4th in the Grand Challenge, which is also an online best-of-1 Wi-FI tournament

QOTD I this might be a hot take, but I think think alola. Primarina, decidueye and incineroar are all bangers. Also my opinion, they have both the best water starter and fire starter in vgc.
I made a team based around Charizard life or solar power and it wrecked everything except for that electric dragon thing. It was so much fun. Really excited for this
Fun match between 2 great players. Aaron as he admitted probably indexed too hard on the fire mode and needed his Ursaluna. Whim was also a curious choice by Fede but ended up doing quite a bit of work because Aaron ignored it for the most part.
QOTD: Based solely on design of the first stages it has to be gen 6, it was the only gen I’ve seriously considered not starting with a water type until the final evos were revealed. Gen 1 is best in totality, gen 3 is close but I don’t like Sceptile and Treecko is just okay. The Mudkip and Torchic lines are just amazing in terms of design and gameplay. 8 and 9 get special shoutouts too, I think they did basically everything right except for Inteleon (and in hindsight maybe I would’ve picked another starter, but I didn’t want to break the water streak)
qotd: competitively definitely gen 7/8 with inci and rilla, aesthetically gen 5, big fan of unova, serperior and samurot some of my favorite Pokemon even if very niche
Regular Charisun: I sleep 😴 Manual Sun Jumpluff: Real Heat 👀🔥 I LOVED the most recent VGC Reflections with the Sneasler/Urshifu court cases. You guys need a new logo that matches the new name!

@@assassinshadow2800 Hm... yeah ur right I just did the calcs. I still like typhlosion a more since it can't be faked out and still does insane damage without the sun, while charizard's damage literally gets cut in half without sun.
56:20 this is a genuine question anyone can answer for me. What is the thought process behind choosing incineroar to threaten barraskewda? Especially considering its ability? I was confused by that
@@CybertronVGCI mean like you said choice wise I don’t think either of the other two would’ve been game changing there, I just wasn’t sure if there was some interaction there I didn’t know about or something. Thank you! :)
I’d be curious to hear your thoughts on a mechanics change with heat wave - what if it functioned like blizzard and hurricane in snow and rain resp. if the sun is active? Would that be too over-tuned? (I am absolutely not advocating for rock slide to have the same effect in sand. Nobody wants that.)
You could make Rock Slide the exact same way in sand 🤔 But to balance it, you'd have to remove the flinch chance from Rock Slide or make the flinch chance a lot less likely
I cant get Ursaluna in violet (the Story one is impossible to change) :( what could be a good additional Pokémon for it in this team? Like natur, evs, item?
QOTD: As a very big sun fan, spamming chlorophyll sleep powders with Venusuar and then destroying everything with Mega Charizard Y during Gen 6 was so fun so the Gen 1 starters hold a special place in my heart for that
QotD: I think that Gen 7 gave us the best batch of starters, as all of them have really inspired designs that lean pretty heavily into their respective inspirations, especially once you factor in their signature moves. And 2 of the three of them have been good in competitive play pretty consistently through the years too (sorry Decidueye).
Likely because he showcased them a bunch early on in the games' history. That's my guess. Though, we know he tends to feature teams that perform really well at tourneys, do really well on the ladder, that are really cool (so utilize niche Pokémon/sets), or that he lost against and eas impressed by. If a Palafin and/or Bax team hasn't made it into any of those above criteria lately, that would be why
My torkal keeps getting intimidated on showdown and switches out without setting up drought. Is it an error of showdown? Because in game 1 here the drought activates before the torkal switches out please help
QOTD: I think Game Freak has been doing a fantastic job at designing starter pokémon with a lot of personality for the last three generations -^___^- I still don't like gen 8 starters too much design-wise, but I absolutely love gen 7 and gen 9 starters, as well as the Hisuian forms for Decidueye, Samurott and Typhlosion! ^^ So gen 7 and 9 starters would definitely be my favourites. Yep, I do like Incineroar, please forgive me :__( xD For the rest of the gens I only like a lot one or two out of three.
Hi im just want to try rank battle but i dont know what to do. What will happen to the stats added to my level 100 pokemon when it will turn level50 during battle?
Pokémon have “natures” which can give them a specific boost to one stat while reducing another. The + shows what stat is boosted by the nature, the - shows what stat is reduced. For example Jolly nature would have + Spd and - SpAtk

Would it be crazy to run Farigiraf over Porygon on this team? You can still use trick room, and Farigiraf means you don’t gotta worry about fake out freeing up your tera.
QOTD: Gen 2 or Gen 3 for me. Gen 2 simply for nostalgia reasons. I started playing with Pokémon Blue, but that was a friend's rlder brother's cartridge, and I wasn't allowed to save. My first cartridge was Pokémon Gold. So Gen 2 will always be hella special to me. And even though Meganium is lackluster, Typhlosion and Feraligatr have their strengths. With Gen 3, all of the starters are viable. Though once again the Fire and Water ones being the strongesr of the 3
QOTD. Nostalgia wants me to say Hoenn. But when i look at them overall i gotta say best starters goes to Gen 7 easy. Just wish Decidueye was a bit more viable.
