Hi! I’m stopping by your channel and all of a sudden I see all this fabulousness! Your quilts are gorgeous, your Noras are amazing! One of the mermaids you held up close looks like real fish scales. It was so beautiful! Also love your haul and wips. I’ll be back. ❤️
It was so good hanging out with you tonight! Chris and I also decorate with the Scandinavian look - lots of dried oranges and natural elements. Love it! I’m excited to see how that stocking comes along. It’s perfect for a hunter/outdoorsman. We all have stitched stockings but I ordered them (before I learned to stitch on my own lol). Your quilts have me so jealous, I really need to pick up that hobby! 🍻 Chelsea
I love that you decorate similar to me! I really wanted to try dried oranges this year! My mother in law had some really pretty ones with cinnamon sticks glued to them, they were always my favorite. You should definitely quilt it’s not as hard as it looks! I only do easy patterns 😂
Just found your channel. I bought the sulky color chart recently. I have the DMC color chart and it's one of my favorite tools . Both these are real thread. Looking forward to more of your floss tubes.
Love the Christmas FFO'S. The red, white , and sort of the Flax or beige and off white colors for Christmas are so cozy and comforting. 🥰 Great episode! That stocking is so pretty for your husband! Wondering what your verdict is on stocking stitching now....
You just do what you can do girl!!!lol... No stress over stitching...no worries. I can't remember the last time I had a finish, but I know that everytime I do stitch,I am enjoying myself! When it's done its done!😊 happy stitching!
Great Videos, I’ve just finished binge watching them all. The mill hill Santa is so cute, I’ve just ordered the Santa with cardinal in this set. It was a toss up between him and the Nordic Santa you showed.
Really enjoying your videos. The main difference between Nora Corbett and Mirabillia is Mirabillia is Nora and her Mum. I found a great tutorial for French knots and colonial knots on TH-cam earlier this year - Sarah Homfray. She trained at the Royal School of Needlework, and just explains and demonstrates the techniques very well.
@@tattooed_stitcher I was just looking through the comments for this very thing. If you still have trouble with french knots (as I still do), you might find colonial knots easier. :)
Wow you’ve been busy. I love your quilts. Hmm thinking of different backings for a quilt I want to make that’s soft. Oh that Nora Corbett one with the pumpkins I love. With all the beading in that. How do you iron them when your project is all done? Wow. Love all that you’ve done. I’m a big Christmas girl. So I will be making a Christmas one for my bed with a nice soft backing. Hmm still have to think it through, especially I done machine quilt of my own. Lol have to have someone else machine quilt it. Thank you for sharing. Love it all 😉👍🏾
How will I iron it that is the ultimate question isn’t it 😂 I have no idea! Maybe just the edges and hope the center can get stretched smooth enough when finishing!
That Halloween fairy is so pretty!! I've never seen it on a green fabric before but it suits the pattern so well!! Love all your Christmas wips! Christmas is all I want to stitch right now. Don't feel bad about your Christmas tree. Mine goes up November 1st! Take care! Amanda
1. I adore your Halloween fairy!!!! It’s my favorite I’ve seen ever!!! 2. I have never wanted to stitch a lavender and lace but I want to do spirit of Christmas!!!!! 3. I also want to stitch my family stockings even if they don’t use them, to decorate in. 4. I love your tattoos!!!!!!! 5. I need to finish up your bag!
Love your channel. Your funny and fun to watch! love your quilts, and the patterns you choose to stitch. I was also admiring your curtains lol. I am going nuts trying to find a linen look in a natural color but a little room darkening. If you don't mind me asking ...where did you get them?
Oh thank you! My curtains are so old 🙈 pretty sure I got them at Ross like 7 years ago 😬 but I’ve seen lots of linen ones at target! My living room ones are a similar look and they are target!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful projects. I love your fairies, they are beautiful. Happy stitching.
Thank you Simone!
