I also focused on setting goals based on what i can control, which is really about how i plan my time and being consistent:) this year my goal is to learn Procreate and create a database of drawings that later i can bring together in more complex compositions and animation also, i want to finish an ugly sketchbook while being outside in nature happy youtube is still on your priorities as i am looking forward to the journey together good luck with everything you’ve set out to do this year🤞💫

I wish i saw your video before. I would have done my goals differently. I'm definitly going to rewatch it before next time I set goals. I only separate them by categories. For me :Seeing my psychiatrist again, written more often in my journal, one day a week without my phone. For my job : having a more stable source of income and actually working toward buying a house. For my health : continue to work on my alimentation and continue to go to the gym. Anything else : travel with my boyfriend

For the past year I've mostly had the feeling of being out or almost out of control over all my art business no matter how much or how hard I worked which was very stressing and often dissapointing. "Achievable" is now the MAIN criteria for my goals because I'd like to feel good about my art and worry less about the outcome which I cannot very much influence.

Another tip to help reach goals is to add output to you plan. Creating outputs for each goal is a list of what you will need to do to reach your outcome.
