How to Make Gaufre | Belgian Waffle

How to make GAUFRE? On this video I show you how to make GAUFRE!
Ingredients
250g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon caster sugar
A pinch of cooking salt
2 eggs
60g spread
400ml whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
In a bowl place plain flour, caster sugar, cooking salt, melted spread and vanilla essence. Pour whole milk little by little, baking powder and stir. Pour through the strainer and set aside. In another bowl beat the egg yolks and set aside. In another one beat the egg whites and set aside. Place the beaten egg yolks, the beaten egg whites and mix very gently. Grease the waffle maker with a bit of oil and heat. Pour the waffle mixture and cook until golden.
