I have tried listening to many english teachers for years now. But for some unexplainable reason I really don't understand their explanations, until I have accidentally found your videos. Boom perfect!
This is remarkable! I've been struggling with the same issue for a quite a while. My problem has been solved now. You're a talented teacher. It's rare.
This is video for 10 years ago, but now I am learning from you because I tried to took a quick test on TH-cam,but I flung so now I have to start all over again thanks 🙏.
Great, nice and succinct! I stressed one thing for a student... if you use words from the center column, besides THE or NO, you must make countable nouns plural with S. (It is uncertain when you say it in the video.) Thanks -- this is very helpful :)
I've just published a new lesson on countable & uncountable nouns! Learn how to use them with 4 confusing pronouns-"all", "most", "some", and "none". th-cam.com/video/DiX3FqEIfaI/w-d-xo.html
I am perfectly showing my all willings from your whole tutorials because most of the learning time of mine I have hitched myself with your tutorials and I have learnt many things.
if you are not sure about countable and uncountable nouns so he gave me some a good advice, he gave me some a good advice yesterday, thank you for wathing this video ,
Thank you mam for keep providing lots of lessons, for me this is kind a of an easier one to remember since you always try to make it simple and display on charts,I appreciate much
Mam, when I watched videos of grammar then I confused because no videos cleared my confusion but it's your glory that slowly my confusion is solving in grammar after watching your videos.

Thanks I love so much... I owe you everything, all I have learnt I would like to thanks to all the engvid team for your support, greetings from Colombia.
The "a" might be further confusing because you use it with other words like "a little." So if you see an "a" or "an" alone or directly before, it would be used with countable nouns but paired with another word it may be used with uncountable nouns, e.g., "a little bit of" or "a lot of."
My name is Akilah and I am in primary school in std 3 and I have to learn this thank you you are so helpful in your hart🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 God bless you 💕💕 🤓🤓 and I got a too A and one C in my test
There is an error in the quiz on the web page given above. The question is "Would you like _____ pizza?" and the correct answer is given as "a few." Clearly, either "some" or even "a little" would be correct, but certainly not "a few." Otherwise, nicely done.
If you would like to give me one advice how to use uncountable nouns, what would it be? "Don't try to count how many advice you got because it would be a mistake." Based on uncountability both of those sentences are wrong, right? But what for?
What if I talk about, say, different types of sugar(s?), for example glucose, fructose etc? Am I still talking about different types of sugar, not sugars?
Hello. My native language is Russian and which is why I can hardly believe that "advice" is uncountable. What if I have 1, 2 or 3 advice(s) for my... friend? What do I have to say in that case? "I have 2 tips for you"? Or "I have two pieces of advice for you"? O_o PS: Thank you very much for your lessons, Rebecca!
its great but how can you teach english for an extensive class i have 40 students for each class I am from ecuador in south america here all people speak spanish and teenagers dont want to learn it please could you recomend some tecniques to teach them or suggest me some pages thanks very much

O would like to know what is the difference between “few” and “a few “ and between “a little bit of” and just “ little/ a little”.
Meriam Webster Scrabble dictionary allows for the pluralization of 'ozone'. How is that possible? I always thought it was an uncountable noun.
Thank you Teacher.
obrigado, professora. Tu falas muito rápido, mais deu pra lembrar de alguma coisa. Valeu. Beijao.

You're right: 'Two pieces of advice'' is the right way to express advice in the plural form.
