I just add a glass of oatmeal to the zucchini and make zucchini fritters without flour. This is the best recipe without flour! Eat and lose weight WITHOUT DIET!
Recipe :
Zucchini - 2 pcs. (500 g)
Carrots - 1 pc. (120 g)
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Garlic - 1 clove.
Dill, parsley - 20 g.
Salt - 0.5 tsp. ( taste)
Ground black pepper or spices to taste.
Oatmeal - 1 cup (120 g)
Oil for frying.
