Buy or Rent a Motorcycle in Thailand?

Hello once again and welcome back to my channel, I am happy that you are here. In this weeks video I do my best to answer the question should you rent or buy a motorcycle in Thailand if you are here long term. I have been living in Thailand for the past 5 years or so and in that time my main mode of transportation, like many out here, is a motorcycle. With the bike being such a popular option for personal transportation the only thing to decide is should you rent or buy. Like everything else in this world there are pro's and con's to renting and buying, so I thought I'd go over them and try and help you decide weather to rent a motorbike or buy one, living in Thailand.

Can you rent a 3 wheeler or quad in Thailand?

You can rent 3 wheelers, they are a little harder to find. I don't believe quads can be registered for public roads, I could be wrong as I have seen them on the roads in Phuket.

Don't assume a rental has proper had maintenance and documentation and insurance.
