What are the health benefits and reasons to try consuming kratom products? Well, that is the topic of this video, as I wanted to share some of my experiences with the plant and the experiences of some of the people I know with kratom. What is Kratom?

Recently Kratom was decriminalised in Thailand, and since then I have noticed a spike in interest in the controversial plant that is native to South East Asia. Since it was a controlled substance for so long a lot of research is still needed, but in this video, I wanted to do my best in answering the question; 'what is kratom?' Probably the most famous landmark in Kanchanaburi กาญจนบุรี in, Western Thailand, is the infamous River Kwai, or River Khwae แม่น้ำแควใหญ่ as it is known to locals. The best way to experience the river is to stay in one of the floating hotel rooms that can be found almost the full length of the river, and take a rafting trip downstream and past the waterfalls like we did in this video. more clarifications and updates and basics. 1, Thailand will only allow you to use an international permit for 1 year. renewals not accepted. Carrying a passport in Thailand is a LEGAL requirement not for ID but to show you are legally in the country with the correct visa. a thai driving licence will not do this. now to get a Thai driving licence you MUST take an online test and only if you pass this and get the QR code that you present at the DLT office will they even talk to you. you can use agencies BUT!!!!! be aware they often do the tests for you and apply on your behalf and this makes them and the licence 100% illegal and it is you that will go to court not them. also they charge much more than it does to do it direct

    35 000 is not enough for an expat to live on these days, Thailand has gotten more expensive with inflation, I have been able to find teaching jobs paying 40 000 , which is enough to live on but you won't save much, income tax is only 5%. And its hellishly hot and humid in Summer, now its a sweltering 40 C in April , too hot to go out and too expensive to have the aircon on all day. Income tax is 15% in China but you can still make a bit more than in Thailand, with a cooler climate and more scope with job opportunities.

    I’ve tried it. If you take a small amount you don’t notice much. If you take mid dose you will feel it and if you take to much it can be miserable. For me a male 215 pounds I found 4 to 6 grams of the powder was good. I took 10 grams once and it was way way to much and was worried even with how I felt Hope that helps

    I’ve been incredibly addicted to kratom for 5 years. It’s not great. If you have an addictive personality I would steer away from it. It’s essentially an opiate. It’s used for heroin addicts to get off smack. That may tell you something. You’ll be going from fitness to getting all of your dopamine from kratom rather than working out. Also it’s going to suppress your appetite so if you’re trying to bulk up that may not be the best idea. Also kratom withdrawals are hell. Your legs will be kicking all over in the bed for the night, you’ll hardly be able to sleep. Yet you’ll be tired and awake all at the same time. Not trying to squash your video mate, just thought I’d share my own experience before someone becomes an addict thinking they were using it for a supplement for working out. Again, that’s if you have an addictive personality like I do.

    This is another example of "rainbow = LGBTQ" or "how dare they replace the St. George cross with LGBTQ rainbow flag." Blud, the supposed "rainbow flag" is the tribute to the 1966 World Cup winners England training kit. And even if, let's say, it could mean LGBTQ just because it looks like a rainbow flag, then by that logic, a freaking rainbow in the sky means the sky is becoming "woke." Next time, it's better to do proper research before coming to a conclusion to avoid' accidentally' spreading misinformation.

  • @milesillsley7164
    @milesillsley7164 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Just having the same colours as the flags doesn't= the flags. The LGBTQ community take a lot of pride in the flags and it has to be the colours in the right order to represent them and not be in a random order or scattered about

    • @peteriddqd

  • @milesillsley7164

    Also it is a massive stretch to say that the colours is a rainbow. It looks nothing like a rainbow. True representation for the LGBTQ community would be an actual rainbow not a half arsed mish mash of odd colours. You and I both know that if they actually did it for the LGBTQ community they wouldn't be half arsed with the colours or try top hide it

    I don't understand how this is woke. It is a tribute to the colours of the training kit of the 1966 world cup winning England team. The flag colours have been changed numerous of times by TeamGB for the Olympics and by Boris Johnson for the conservative party. There isn't a rainbow flag in it and it isn't a new thing to change the colours. no one said anything when it was changed in the past
