Thanks man! I love meeting people so passionate about cars - that's what this channel is all about. Make sure you subscribe + 🔔, lots of amazing chats coming soon!
Looks to be the same colour as mine - Crystal Topaz. Lovely colour. By the way great interview you really got out of Ian what it’s like to own and drive a TVR. Would like to see you interview more TVR owners with different models.
Lovely colour isn't it! How long have you had yours? Ah, thanks very much! I appreciate you saying that - I hadn't experienced a car like it. Well, funnily enough I have another chat lined up with a very interesting TVR owner, and the car is actually a "world's first"! Make sure you're subscribed+ 🔔 I've got some amazing guests coming up! 😅
@@ukrestorevival A couple of years now. Plenty of work to do over the winter break. It’s the sort of car where every time you reach for the keys you get that thrill of anticipation of driving the TVR. Never gets old or boring!
Lovely example, one thing that is not original is that it has had a bonnet conversation. Originally the bonnet was bolted down, mine still is and as I don’t work on it myself I have never seen my engine!
They certainly are!! 😀 Well, the new owners are saying there's a new Griffith coming soon... 5L Ford V8! I'm sure the F type is fun! That's exactly why I made this channel, different people enjoying their different cars, and I get to hear about them! 😀 Make you've subscribed+ 🔔, loads of great convos coming soon!
@ my grandparents on mums side migrated from Galway Ireland 🇮🇪 in the very early 1920s. Started a taxi business in central Melbourne, then lost it all through the great depression of the 1930s. My mum grew up in a suburb of Melbourne called Sandringham, quite the expensive suburb to this day. All our family have been of the private school persuasion, my brothers and I all went to a college called St. Bedes, although I didn’t pursue an academic career, I was always more hands on and very practical in my approach. Wouldn’t say I’m a mechanic, but I can replace a motor, clutch, brakes and will go as far as working on the top end of a motor. A throw back from my twostroke motocross days, into my very late teens. LoL. All helps I suppose. Single dad brought my daughter up single from 13mths old. Daughter is now 27 just had her first child, obviously my first grandchild. They named the little man Basil, older names seem to be on the rise. I’ve enjoyed your vid, loved the car and will keep my eye out for notifications. It’s 1:54 am Wednesday morning here. Going to finally get some sleep, speak next time. Regards Damien. 👍🏽🇦🇺
Mine arrives in a few weeks, absolutely identical except a 4 litre. Looking forward to it!
Amazing! How long have you waited for it? 🤐😀
Loving this! The Tuscan and the Cerbera were always my favourites!
Cheers! 🙌 Both awesome cars.

Yes, he's done a lot of work to it, mainly himself! Engine out etc!! Very cared for example
It's a beautiful engine bay, seems a shame not to enjoy it!
Agreed! He's lovingly looked after it!
@
True, but with my mechanical skill of rather the lack of it its best that I don’t touch it!
You and me both buddy!
