I have to agree man. Great video. I bought my liberty Z in summer of 2020 and she’s running just as good as the day I took her home. Well built mower.

Same here. Oil changes only for the past 3 years for me. I did swap the hydro fluid at 100 but it didn’t need it honestly

Yeah ours was from 2021. Think I may need to sharpen the blades finally, but I hit a lot of things I shouldn't haha.

I’m considering buying a lightly used one. I mow about 20 lawns a week. So technically “commercial” use but not super hard compared to most commercial people.

@@jordanjohnson5784yeah. You should. Check out Tony’s lawn care. He ran one for commercial use and didn’t have any major issues. Probably have to go back 3-4 years to find his old videos of it.

Had Kubota 48 for yrs just bought a liberty z 48 and I love it cut quality is amazing and I've been officially won over I cut 35 yards a week and the stripes it lays are amazing not to mention it's the only model outta all the brands in this class with the 3100 hydros all others are 2800 series the hydro transmission is the most expensive part on the zero turn mowers so I tend to shop for the drive train over everything else and the liberty z has the best in class period I believe the class at s 5-7k price range

Yeah it's drivetrain through and through has not disappointed. It's a beast for it's price point.

My battery died within a year also. Bought a Walmart battery and been fine for the past 3 years.

Who ever thought it could be fun to mow a lawn? Purchased a Scag 48” about 5 years ago and it is bulletproof. Same engine as your unit. Just change the oil at start of season and that is it. Simply runs and cuts excellent every time. Replaced the seat setup with spring load immediately upon purchase and that made a big comfort plus.

It really is bulletproof. I wanna put a spring seat on but I don't want to spend any more money on cutting grass, I hate mowing, haha.

@@eternalharvestfarmI added a spring seat to my liberty z 48. It’s a pretty tall spring around 2 inches of travel so I had to add length to the handles. Well worth it if you cut rough stuff because the libertyz offers little to no give lol

@@Jaredbar did you get the OEM scag suspension seat? Or aftermarket one?
