V60 - Luwak Coffee Arabica 珈琲

Today I tried some "Luwak Coffee Arabica Original Bean" coffee beans from a brand that seems to be called Suka. It was a gift from our friends at coffee1931.com, a micro roaster and specialty coffee shop in Granada, Spain. They themselves told us that it wasn't anything surprising and they were right; it was a decent coffee but very flat, without much personality, mainly standing out for having an intense body with an unpleasant bitterness.
I know there is a debate about the ethics of consuming Kopi Luwak coffee, but I don't want to get into that. I consider that to continue advancing in my search for the Kami no Kōhī it was necessary to try a new flavor and take advantage of the free opportunity I was given.
