NSP for Elite is here! Ever since we released the NEXUS R5, people have been telling us how much they like the Nexus Software Programmer (NSP) Software. Creature comforts like the intuitive layout, multiple display themes, and adjustable font sizes make it a nicer software package to use than our earlier Elite Software Programmer (ESP), and because of that we were often asked if you can use NSP to tune an Elite series ECU. Well, now you can! The new Elite Firmware 3.00 makes all Elite ECUs compatible with NSP. This update covers all models of Elite ECUs: Elite 550, 750, 950, 1000, 1500, 2000 and 2500 as well as the Elite VMS. It doesn't matter whether you bought your Elite yesterday or when it first came out, this update covers ALL Elite Series ECUs.
Genuinely surprised at a modern international company doing this instead of the capitalist obsolescence model that kicks the existing customer in the nuts. It shows the support to the latest Elite customers who just hit order and is crazy how far back supported elite customers go since first sales. Such an undertaking is mega. Hopefully it allows you to align new software/firmware developments easily so benefits everyone going forward. Simply put: Bravo.
This is why I rate Haltech as one of the best companies in the world. How many big names would give the customer the latest, fastest software side without buying the latest version of the hardware. Well done to all at Haltech.
This is excellent. Well done Haltech. Very few companies take the time to make their new software this backwards compatible. So pumped. Going to do the update right after watching this video.
And done. Making pages not linked to the tree is a massive productivity boost. I don't have to click around like crazy trying to access related settings. Ridiculously good for idle tuning.
I just want to say what you have done is unbelievable. Making legacy product compatible with the latest software is unheard of. Looking at all the corporate greed nowadays on the tech industry. I can't say enough how amazing for your company to stand behind your product. Your product is at the premium price level but it is worth every penny of it. I can totally feel that you respect your dear customer. Just want to say thank you. Greeting from Canada.
