    Yogasanas are not a physical exercise but aligning the geometry of the body with the cosmic geometry. It should only be transmitted in person - online teaching is just irresponsible and can cause damage beyond you can see physically. Also, one doing the Yogasanas should not be speaking, as it causes a big damage to that person in ways one may not be able to understand.
    Finally, mayurasana is not recommend for females as it damages the reproductive system (eg uterus)
    It’s a shame many won’t know this.
    If you are really interested in Yogasanas go to properly qualified teachers in person. I chose Isha and it works really well for me.

      I've been initiated into Yogasanas and other Hatha Yoga in Isha 3 years ago and practice daily; we also have regular guided and correction sessions with qualified teachers. I'm also initiated into corrections. And for you, it would be good to understand the science as you might cause damage to other people. This is irresponsible.
