I feel a warm sensation betwedn the shoulder blades and very soft tinnitus. My teacher said I dont have mutch space in the neck. I love rolling panda with the arm behind. Thx❤😊❤.
Wow. Finally something nice, calming and effective. I loved it. I am excited to try other videos. The lower body was also great. I am looking for a total body.
Been alternating between headaches and knot in upper left back by shoulder blade for 5 days. I decided to do a yin class and so glad I found this! I always enjoy her class-great instructions and a soothing voice. Feel so much better.
I am feeling like a rock as being taken off my upper back, i didn't even remember that this was possible since 95% of yin yoga practises are focused on the lower body. Thank youuuuu🎉
Hey beloved one, I just love to explore with your wonderfull loving guidance my body more and more and free it each time a bit more. Thanks undlessly and see you next time on the matt 🙏❤️🕊⛲️🌍🌏🧘🏼♀️🧘♂️🧘🏾🎉🌈
Many thanks Devi for this practice! It is my first time practicing with you and it definitively won't be the last. You are the kind of teacher I need - the practice is long enough to sink into and have maximum benefit of each pose. Your voice is calming and soothing. I have enjoyed it big time! Namaste!🙏
I've been following your videos for a while, picking and choosing what I think my body needs in the moment. But this is the first time I've gotten one of the knots in my shoulders to release. Magnificent. Thank you.
Thank you so much! That was absolutely amazing ❤. I love how are you showed us the three puppy poses and explain where we should feel each stretch. You are an amazing teacher.
Dear Devi, this truly is one of your videos i like, cherish and use the most. My neck and shoulders regularly appear stiff after some rough nights, lack of movements or overabuse of body mechanics. Your sequence is fantastic, targeting all parts around and on it. Thank you so very much for sharing such valuable and healing insight. As of now, i imagine the 4'000 people who watched this video saved tons of painkillers and weird neck, upper spine and headaches. Thank you! Sincerely, mm
Thanks so much for this amazing yin practice, Devi. I’m not sure if I’ve done this one before. I’ve done several of your videos. Please continue the nice, long, yin practices. ❤
Thanks Devi for another thoroughly enjoyable yin practice. I use your classes daily to soothe my menopausal aches and pains and I'm so grateful for the difference it makes. Namaste
Wow!!* this was an Amazing upper body stretch & release. I carry so much of my tension in my jaw, neck & upper shoulders & no big surprise have wrist issues too. I will be returning to this at least every week * Thank You So Much 💜 🙏 💜
Devi, this is an amazing practice, thank you so much! Due to a chronic neurological condition, I am constantly fighting muscle tightness all over my body. This is an amazing practice that helps me to make things much looser. Rolling panda is the hardest and most uncomfortable for me, but the best for my neck. I tend to 'set' in position so when I move out of the pose, it hurts to do so. But the more I practice, the easier it's becoming to move out of the pose. Thank you again for sharing your knowledge. I love the fact that you explain what the target area is in the pose to have the most out of it. ❤❤
I had an intense weekend doing arm balances and ended up with a sore upper back and arms. This session offered release and relaxation. Thank you. I had an unexpected release on one side of my jaw which felt wonderful.
I have done so many different Upper vody tim practices and this has been added to my favourites on my yin list!!! Great follow along with clear instructions and for all levels. Thank you. Subbing and going to check out more of your yin videos... 🧘🏾♀️ ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤍🙏🏾
@@DeviDalyYoga oh wow!!! Thank you so much! I missed this reply! It's so on my playlist! Can't wait to look through! I'm so surprised yiu don't have many likes for this practice. I think you are amazing! Stay blessed 🙏🏾🧘🏾♀️❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤍🧘🏾♀️🙏🏾
Hello Devi, I love your yin yoga for upper body. How it gets into my throat and heart. I have a question for you: I have PTSD from childhood, and my solar plexus, throat and upper back are always tight and often painful. Especially my solar plexus. I am unable to do meditation sitting up because it's too hard for me to breathe unless I'm prone. Often the only way I can get a full breath is if I'm laying on my side or on my back. Do you have any tips for unlocking that part of my nervous system. I'm exhausted. 😊
It sounds like you’re navigating a complicated manifestation of PTSD. This type of release is not my specialty, but from what I know, if you’re doing yin yoga and restorative yoga you’re already doing some of the best things to calibrate the nervous system. You may get a more direct answer by talking to a therapist.
I love your classes. A male friend wants to start to do yin yoga with me. Can you do your classes, or does he need to look voor male teachers, as the male body is different from the female body.
