I am in route to buy an LG set for my senior parents. You just saved me from buying this dryer which will be too confusing for them. The only thing one needs to clean is a lint trap. Thanks for saving me the hassle!
DO NOT DO IT!! I have bought 2. I returned the 1st one, got another one, thought it was something wrong with it. Exchanged for another one, and that one does NOT dry either!!😡

Where can I find the LED symbols information? it is not in my manual. My LG DLEC888W dryer stopped working and only the "door" panel symbol was flashing (the one next to the T-shirt)
hi ive just bought this dryer, ive just plugged it in and thats all, is there anything else i need to do other than that?,, also in my laundry i have a sink and bechtop in 1,, i have put the dryer underneed the benchtop, IS THIS OK?, or does it need more ventilation than that, thanks in advance
Thank you. I already managed several things. Unfortunately my LG (top load) it's worst washing machine I ever had or used. Even my husband who has positive attitudes complain. We both have problems to reaching down to take stuff out. Machine is not washing and all my white shirt not white any more. Takes more then half time to dripping water to machine and almost to the end top of laundry is not wet. I tried to pour water from bucket but when I started machine emptied it. Deep washing is even worst. I do not remember when I hand washed anything nor need ironing. I do it now. 😞
I have used it 9 times now and there are no water collecting in the tank at all. There are no indicator light that says to empty it but I am worried about where is the water going if not in the tank. Does it take long to collect water?
@@DIYPinto Thank you for getting back to me. I figured out the tube in the back was not connected to the tank and was leaking out water from the alternate tube behind the dryer. I returned it and getting a new one :)
I bought a combi washer/dryer with sensor dry ive started to use the dryer as hard to hang clothes out is the sensor dry more economical to use than other dryers i dont want huge bills
So it looks like I can't change anything on this dryer. I have the same one and I can't seem to figure out. Notice how it didn't let you do "Dry Level" at all lol. "lot's of "coming back to that" kind of a shitty drier

Sounds like your washing machine is rebelling against its job! Time for a new one?

Do you have any rec's on fixing it? First had a T3 error code. We changed the thermistor twice and it works but no hear. LG won't help us.
Maybe it's just shy and needs some encouragement to start heating up!

Hey there! If you want to turn it off before the set-up time, just hit the power button and you're good to go!
