To Fry Potatoes:
250 gm Baby Potatoes
3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/4 Tsp Mixed Italian Herbs or Oregano
2 Pinches of Chilli Flakes
Salt as per Taste
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
Oil for Frying
Sauce:
1 Cheese Slice
3 Tbsp Milk
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Mixed Italian Herbs or Oregano
1/4 Tsp Chilli Flakes
Salt as per Taste
Garnishing:
Some Chopped Onin
Some Chopped Coriander

Delicious 😋, will surely try to make, only one question, can they be baked in microwave convection oven and if yes then at what time and temperature settings. 🌹👍
You can bake these at 200°C for 20-25 min..flip in between..you may need little more or less time depending on the size of the potatoes
