- This snack was on my list to eat and try the recipe from a long time. Finally, got a chance to taste it during my recent trip to Mahabaleshwar and really loved it. I was amazed to see how people were fascinated by fancy looking snack, decided to show the recipe that very moment.
This recipe shows how you can make this Potato Tornado/ Twister at home without using any machine, you will have to brush up your chopping skills though :)
This is a must try recipe. I am sure you will definitely love it!!

[INGREDIENTS]
4 Medium size potatoes
4 Wooden skewers
1/4 Cup All purpuse flour (Maida)
1/4 Cup Cornflour (corn starch)
1/2 Tsp Chaat masala
1 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri/Byadgi red chilli powder
1/2 Cup water
Cooking oil for frying
Salt to taste
For Seasoning:
1 Tsp Chaat masala
1 Tsp Roasted cumin powder (jeera powder)
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
Pinch of salt
Mayonnaise
Some chopped fresh coriander

Suggestions: 1. Use coconut leaf sticks in place of sticks if there is no availability of sticks!
2. Use little small sized long shaped potatoes for best results!
