Hi, it's possible your phone is not compatible with the DJI Fly app, best to contact DJI Support - they are pretty good in sorting out problems - good luck
I was laughing my a**e oof at the end there - it's like a puppy! if it hasn't got a face to lock onto and is indoors with no access to satellites it throws an absolute tantrum! Dislodged the gimbal on a battery test 2 nights ago because I ran out of the studio after making it take off and next thing I heard was an almighty crash and some woman complaining about it (it was the drone and I managed to pop it back into place) It's like a little puppy that just wants to play 🤣 You are going to have such fun! Have recommended this vid to a viewer who was having activation problems so hope it helps them!. Oh - and kudos for getting the vid out so quick! - mine was 3 days in the making! 🐑🐑🖖🖖

Hi I was going to buy one but my mobile won't download the app that was one of the reason I bought the mini4 with the rc2 don't need another dam phone happy flying
If only I could gert that far!! Got it connected but can't actviate. Keep getting 'network error'!! I beleive I need a data connection and wifi at the same time! I get rubbish data at home which won;t let me activiate. Anyone any ideas?
@@shaunthedrone Now got it sorted thanks. I turned wifi calling off on my phone (I figuered it might make the phone try hardeer with data!!) and managed to get a very weak data signal at the bottom of my garden while still being in wifi range. That did it 👍
In the video I showed the QR code which you get with the drone or if your using android device go on the DJI downloads and download from there. Many thanks for watching and enjoy.
Seems to be a lot of people having issues with android phones, check to see if compatible with the Neo or contact DJI Support - hope you get it sorted.
I said I wouldn't buy the DJI Neo and look what's happened, I got one! Enjoy the video and there will be plenty more on the DJI Neo

did you do a compass calibrte?
No compass calibrate - when I start to use my DJI RC2, I will check the settings. At the moment just using it with and without my phone at the moment.

Sorry to hear that, maybe try a friends house or even McDonalds - they do free wi-fi. Hope you get it sorted.

Unable to activate using Android phone. Error seems to be can't access cell data while connected to drone. Gave up after 2 hrs
