That was a really cool comparison. Like you said the speed was a give away but the Neo did awesome! I don’t know which footage was better really but I could tell the Neo would be a really good first FPV drone. Awesome job buddy.

Good day Shaun! Once again very interesting results, you could see which drone due to the shadow on the ground. I really think it’s what sort of picture quality you like or want if you want slightly over exposed and a sharp image it would in MY opinion be the Neo, how ever if you want a more lush looking image not to sharp or over exposed it would be the Avata2. Only my opinion Shaun. But as usual I’ll see you in the next one sooooooooooon.

If you grow weary doing firmware updates through you phone or controller, just use DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drones Series) to your PC, connect the Neo to PC with a USB cable. I have never had a single uodate issue, and when rollback is desired, it makes it manageable.

The head band is way too small. It puts so much pressure on my forehead it’s ridiculous. These goggles were designed for children/women/small men.

You do know if you have a bluetooth mic connected to your phone, you do NOT have to talk to the phone? Your DJI mic can bee plugged into the phone and would work!

I have the Mini 3 Pro with RC-N1 remote none of my autonomous flight modes are working like hyperlapse circle. It will take the first picture and then the screen freezes on my app and the Drone keeps flying but it never finishes the circle mode and I can be right underneath it and it will eventually start losing signal

Changing settings of obstacle avoidance to NIFTY will lower the sensitivity of the avoidance cameras and fly safely through much narrower paths as long as they are well visible and not bare thin limbs et.

Hi Shaun, I've just purchased the DJI NEO FlyMore combo (with RC-N3 controller) and updated all firmware/sware - but I cannot for some reason get to the 'extended' settings menu - by swiping down from top of screen - on either my iPad or a Samsung Galaxy as this just opens phone options... Obviously easy on RC2 with it's built-in screen which shows: Network & Internet - Connected Devices - Storage - Compass - System (Language, date & time, and reset) Am I missing something here? - are the same RC2 options available on both controllers and if so how do I access them on a phone/or iPad attached to the N3? Anxious to know how?

I've had two problems with the neo , sometimes the camera shows a blank screen and the drone is moving forward when I'm landing

Well that was a waste of time mate, no difference cose it was still on auto so not good advert for the filters or freewell !

Mine flies like a donkey. After all updates and calibrations, Thing is a nutter and Im not new to drones. I can't trust it even with the controller.

For best results updating, keep phone 2-3 feet away from drone.

Hahaha. You were seeing double at the height on the RTH. What you been drinking? lol. It’s cool you got the voice snafu worked out. If I had a drone speaking a different language I would probably have a flyaway. I had a “buddy” put my phone in French one time and I had a heck of a time getting it back to English. lol. It was pretty funny.
