No my 2021 Fw15 came with the new version Swivel casters .All i did was take my front forks off and switch them for the older 2nd version 2020 Fw15 model as sean in Billy Goat video Billys 2020 FW15 Came with the swivel casters but that front end did not come with the newer front end bumper style that the 2021 fw15 comes with (MINE) (FERRIS FW15 HAS 3 DIFFERENT VERSIONS) #1 version 2019 came with no swivel wheels but Version # 2 the 2020 model has the swivel wheels And the forks that i love that did not come with the 2021 fw15 so they are the front wheels i put on my 2021 FW15 Latest to date version That comes with the BIG Bumper front end which in my opinion looks way better . hope you can understand the 3 different version front end for the FW15 The 2019,2020,Ferris FW15 Final version the 2021 to date . The real Truth is that the Ferris FW15 Is not Built for Mulching It is designed for side discharging ONLY. For (Commercial Property Mowing) Commercial property owners don't give a shit about mulching the grass they just want it cut Integrating the mulching Style Grass Cut for the commercial property is a personal preference of the operator of the Ferris FW15 they integrated a Mulch kit (For Residential Home User) and also a bagging system Kit To Extract The Grass Clipping's and The Tree leaves ect. of The Private Residential Owner" That is why 3 different type blades to use (High Lift, Medium lift Blades) for side discharging, and mulching blades to mulch Grass and leaves For the Bagging system --->( FOR THE HOME USER ONLY ) 👍

Did you add the caster wheels to a FW 15 that did not have them? How much was conversion kit?
