    Excellent! I’m glad you’re using a patient. I had a stroke after a surgery eight years ago. I have advanced to walk slowly without a cane. I hope you do some videos for advanced clients.

    Thank You for the motivation to keep exercising. I had my stroke 1 year ago and had stopped exercising 2 months ago. Your videos got me moving again. I feel better pain free and am less stiff.

    thx for these exercise videos for after having a stroke . these were not part of my normal stroke therapy but i find them very helpful for my core, legs and arm/shoulder strengthening. i started getting severe shoulder pain months after my stroke which my therapists said was normal after a stroke but did not provide any exercises to help condition it. this video and your other exercise videos for stroke patients has helped my range of motion for my shoulder and lessening of the pain immensely, the leg and core exercises also helped me more than the exercises i was doing at home.

    Good on you John you’re doing a good job I know it’s hard and they get tired and thirsty when you work out, but to one thing try to do it in front of a mirror and see what you do because your Albo is sticking out from your body you have to take notice of that I know that’s hard to keep in it takes it too hard for me to do I know is it too with myself, but you’re doing a great job keep at it if you don’t you go backwards and you start losing your strength you do have to rest and have a good sleep 👌🏽👍🏽

    Thank you for this video. We will try this with my mom and hope it will work. She had a stroke a little over a month ago but she hasn't recovered any function on her left arm. She can feel sensations but it just wouldn't move at all. No finger movement either.

      Just an ACE wrap bandage to help the hand maintain grasp. Any grocery store or place where there is a first aid aisle. Good luck!

      @workyourm.o.t.o.r.9007  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Raye, everybody's motor return is different, however typically you will see movement come back fastest in the shoulder, then elbow and often times lastly the hand. Best of luck in your recovery!
