Thanks for the clarification. I used to train abs almost every day and then I saw a lot of videos where "experts" talked about you will never get lean with that bc your muscles grow so your belly looks bigger over time.... This shocked me sm that I stopped working on my abs and I did it like once or twice a week. Now I am super weak in my back and have major issues.

Krissy... Can you please please please teach us how to work on thigh fat...i have been doing strength training since last 6 -9 months but still haven't seen much of a difference in my thigh fat . Should we add full body cardio in everyday traning routine or have a specific cardio day if this then how Many times... Literally everything a girl needs to know about loosing thigh fat...knowing that spot reduction is not possible .
Appreciate this comment!!! I feel the exact same. I always struggle with my lifting to cardio day ratio. I always think doing a bit of cardio after strength training daily is the way to go but sometimes I'm way too tired, especially after leg days. I guess it also depends on your goals (bulking, cutting etc).
I Hope i Can Help you out since I had the same issue but I managed to decrease my thigh fat . First of all(very important!) you cannot and I Repeat , you cannot spot reduce fat (as far as we know and literature goes) Now that we know the first secret let me tell you the second one : if you want to reduce fat on your thighs you need to lose fat overall and the most important factor for fat Loss is a calorie deficit with dieting. I simply reduced my maintainance calories for about 200-400 calories while also working out just as normally (strength training) after a few months I lost quite some body fat which I noticed mostly the way I looked. I also gained some muscle because of the training which made me look more toned. The most important part is consistency ! Keep moving and be disciplined and you will reach your goal :) Good Luck! 👍🍀

This was really awesome I would love more informational videos because it really helps you envision better what muscles you’re working and that mind to muscle connection is key. I also really liked the movement breakdowns at the end and love that now I know doing a low plank will literally target everything and is pRetty efficient as a time saver, but I’ll continue to do the other little movements bc Im aware they all have their place. I’m still a little confused about what an accessory muscle means, so maybe defining that in other words would be helpful (does it mean that abs are smaller muscles that help the bigger ones or does accessory mean something else?) overall I really love this, thank you krissy!!
