Your layout appears to have been inspired by Jim A.'s "Great Little 2'x6' On30 Layout", the th-cam.com/video/l45hpcCTrEw/w-d-xo.html, and it is interesting to see your take on what else such a railroad might service. I grew up on the Maine coast, so your island theme and water features, not to mention fall foliage, resonates more for me than his western mining theme. Thayer
Many thanks for your comments , i pinched the layout plan from a lovely little welsh 009 layout that was built in the nighties , i saw my first On30 layout a few years ago and found it was easy to get bits here in the UK , one day i hope to visit . All the best Carl

Both engines are converted to RC Steve they run really well and you can easily get 1 hour out of a charge with constant use
