I find some On30 modelers are way too serious, but I actually enjoy watching your short movies about your Puerto Borracho Railway. For one they're entertaining.
Great vidio, love your work. Trying to think of a way to incorporate your ideas to my Yard layout, maybe a thyme train ride in N scale against my 0 gauge should make for a get next winters project. Thanks for the morning coffee...
I love how the conductor unflinchingly stares at you as the train moves off camera in the first two clips, lol In all seriousness, though, this is some great modeling!
Thanks for sharing this, it’s amazing! I almost expected the figures to stand up at the end. Must’ve taken a long time to perfect. The music and the horn jingle are spot on. All the best, Darren 👍
Looks like there is no way to add a photo. If you have Facebook, go to search for The Puerto Borracho Railway, and I have a page with a ton of photos, right from the day I started building.
Hey Keith, the engine has a sound module that I put in it, but the funny “la Cucaracha” horn is something that I just added to the video. If you go a ways back on my Puerto Borracho Railway Facebook page, I show how I built that little engine.
That guy with the belly can sleep through anything. Love your layout.
Qué original! Me encanta la vía y todo lo demás, por supuesto.
Excellent reveal...waiting for the big picture!

That is what is so cool about the hobby. There really are no rules and no boundaries. It’s “your hobby”, so do whatever makes you happy!
Great stuff. love the whole set up. Nice Filming as well

This seems to be the correct scale for true prototypical scenes. I want to live there.

Guess 90 % of the freight was tequila, the test bottles. But where are the tank cars or do they have an more than usual part of Angel' s share there.
A beautiful layout! Thanks for sharing
Thank you!
So happy I refound you after being away for a year! I need to play catch up.

My favorite little RR...would love to see the trackplan! 😎
Hey Dennis, glad you like it!
It’s small. I’ll see if I can figure out how to attach a copy of the track plan.

Hi ,maybe a silly question but have you added sound to the vid or is it in a wagon?
