How to go from B to S Class Settlement EASY

My settlement has 1,000,000 production, 0 maintenance cost, 100 happiness and 32 Inhabitants. A Class. Never seen an S.

I know I'm a year late but, my settlement has been A Class for about 18 months, happiness is 99%, and has been for over 6 months. Never has it shown me S Class.

It's possible this was something that was a temporary bug, or maybe it'll also depends on a bunch more variables like the "perks" of your settlement, whether they're all in the + or -

Yeah same, my settlement has a productivity of 950k, 0 debts, all the perks + and a hapiness of 99% but still A class

Population plays a big factor on settlement classes now, it's better to go with lower production and higher pop + happiness

I feel your pain. I have 120 Citizens, 100% happiness, 986,679 Productivity, 0 maintenance cost. Every feature is positive. And I know the numbers are higher because even if I choose something that lowers productivity or happiness, my numbers are pegged at the top. It just won't show you more than 100% or 999,999 productivity. Right now I am just seeing what happens at 150 or even 200 population. 200 seems to be where the dial will cap out. :(

I've had two settlements, done all I could do, and still no A or S class. 🤔

bunk mine is at 56 and it's not, never seen it go past B
