I did not get the Memo, I can not access any kind of account info. , no billing & credit card ? The used name they show is like 20 years old, my updated info not there. So I had Cred card company block them, the re subscription cost cost is likr$200, does not do what Kaspersky did, not much here, not worth $200 They forced this on to my computers with out permission !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
