I made these today! Was a really wet batter and added almost another cup of flour. Baka iba lang din siguro talaga ang flour nila dito. But it still turned out yummy and finished 3 in just 1 sitting. 😅 Thank you for the recipe Chef!

Ano pong ube halaya ung gagamitin? Ung frozen at nasa tub lang kc ang meron sa store. Frozen one has to be cooked to become ube talaga tapos ung nasa tub naman ung panglagay sa halo halo. Ano po sa dalawa pwede gamitin? Ty

@@ChefTatung malabnaw po yng dough, I think ndi po naabsorb masyado ng flour yng liquid yeast nung minix chef. Is the 'best before' label on the flour a big factor too?
2 and half water for 41/2 cups of floor is too much isn't it? When I make pandesal 1 cup of water is enough or 1 cup of fresh milk in 4 cups of flour. Maging basang basa yung dough pag 2 cups na sya. I tried it . Please don't make the recipe complicated. Sayang naman . For the viewers: Please check other vlogs to make it sure. Kung baga 2nd opinion bago kayo mag sisi.
I have used this recipe over and over again because I thought it was me na may problema. But upon reading your recipe for Pandesal which is the same as this, I came to a conclusion that this Pandesal is a failure!!!!! It’s super wet! I am using a stand mixer and still have a hard time to knead it. Almost 2 hrs just to get it form into a dough! Because I had to add more flour and butter para Hindi mag compromise ang lasa! Pls!!!!! I like chef tatung but his pandesal recipes are all fail!!! Trust me! I bake for a living and tried these recipes!! Don’t waste your time and ingredients because it’s such a waste!!! You should’ve tried and test it first before sharing it to public!!!
