Ingredients:
All purpose flour/Bread flour (4cups/500grams)
Sugar (1/4 cup/50grams)
Breadcrumbs
Butter (120g)
Milk (3/4 cup/150grams)
Ube jam (90 grams)
2 eggs
Ube flavoring (1-2 tbsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Yeast (2tsps)
Bake it in preheated 355 f oven for 18-20 minutes.

Sobrang hilig ko rin sa bread kaya naman sobrang natakam ako nung napanood ko to. pang 13 vlog mo na napanood ko, nag start ako sa first vlog mo, then tuloy tuloy na, isang upuan at sobrang naenjoy kong manood. :)
not feeling well, pero since naenjoy ung mga vlog mo di ako mkapag pahinga at mas nanood ako ng vlog mo tuloy tuloy hehehe

You can substitute eden cheese with mozzarella or cheddar ☺️

How big is your kitchen aid mixer? Mine is 4.5quart, can I use this kneading for 4 cups of flour? Sabi kasi nang iba maximum na daw ang 3 cups pag 4.5q tilted mixer. I like your video, detalye ang instructions at madali lang sundan. I am making it now pero I cut the recipe in half. 🤷🏻♀️😄
Yes you can, i already tried 4 cups pwede naman sya.

Hi Madam nagawa ko yung recipe mo ang lambot at ang sarap! Pero tanong ko lang pwede ba gawin ko na yung dough tapos kinabukasan ko i bake? Maraming salamat sa pag sagot.
Hello ☺️ yes pwede pong gawin, kayalang takpan nyo po yung dough yung first fermentation and ilagay sa ref, the next day kapag gagawin na i punch out nyo na po yung dough para lumabas yung gas. And then pwede nyo ng i cut for second fermentation. ☺️

Hello, if you are using a mixer, you don’t need to hand knead it. Just mix it for 12 minutes☺️
hindi nalagyan ng salt, and yung sugar 1tsp lang ang need hindi po 1/4cup?
