    Land issue is common to west African countries. As native of Ivory coast where it is a cut throe business, I regard this challenge as a veiled blessing because if lands were easy to purchase in Africa, international companies and private investors would have turned Africa into private property 90 to 100%. They are only waiting for that opportunity, make no mistake. The harder is to get those lands out of Africans' hands the better.

    Anytime I hear someone talking about the future, it feels to me that it also goes with uncertainty. Because in Ghana we don’t have the supportive institutions and structures to make things smooth for anyone coming in with huge capital and try to make a difference. Things become very easy when you’ve some level of what to expect
