I don't want to know who or what Apakht is, why its name sounds like a Sumerian root for apocalypse, or why pre-historical beings of this world or others felt the need to trap it in what I can only reason is some kind of compacted subspace pocket.
....... actually...It's also probable that it is something in a quantum locked state, which means that it cannot open until something can bring it back into the same quantum phase with the rest of the universe so it can be affected normally by forces within the universe, such as the skeleton key. Until then, it's possible that anything will fail. Even the disintegration properties of the Antimatter Parasite and the Disintegration Gun they made with The Clockworks.

I find this 001 to be highly unlikely to be the true 001. Logic dictates that the true 001 is what lead to the foundations existence, and i cant see how this would lead to that, i still belive that either the factory or the crazy angle thing are the true 001. That said, the lack of obvious danger still makes this somewhat plausible as a 001.

Brent Fabian He named the Guardian, but i do not think its the sheaf since its (atleast) hinted that personell write some of the reports of the scp's. But I obviously could be wrong

This is exactly why this method of hiding the true 001 works.

HiddenHatred thats what i thiught, makes me think one of 2 things, either its a fake, or they did open it with the skeleton key and did not update the logs, as if they used it and it didnt work it would be an addendum on atleast this record, and we also know the foundation would try the key on a lock that nothing can open, its in their nature, so either its a fake scp or its already been opened and nobody has been informed

Sammot123 Well considering Young's Journal included the sketch of the key it's possible that whatever was in it was already let out by Young and whatever enity inside destroyed the key and killed Young so it couldn't be imprissoned again. Also since this is an SCP-001 it may not exist at all as only 1 SCP-001 is the real one.

The most interesting SCP I read is 3999 I Am At The Center Of Everything That Happens To Me, it's a long one it can be confusing but in the end I got it and it was really interesting make sure to read all of the crossed out words and sentences if you want to read it

All the proposals are just put in place to give Foundation employees a sense of meaning. Those proposals are all anomalies, but they're just that. There is no grand unified law of the anomalous, or else it ceases to be anomalous.” TL;DR: all the proposals are basically an anamoly and the idea of SCP-001 is an SCP in itself
