The Plaza is supposed to be very influencer friendly so I'm very surprised you didn't get an invite. Because the two of you make some of the BEST VLOGS ABOUT LAS VEGAS.....❤❤❤❤
It is always a pleasure to see the hotels highlighted on Fremont Street. Thank you Dale and Paula for showing us all this fabulousness. You two are so darn awesome.
I was so happy this morning because you didnt quit I love all your episodes I dont have the means to travel so Im traveling thru you and Paula Thank you looking forward to mamy more to come ❤❤❤❤
I’ve switched to watching your vlogs on my big screen…what a wonderful way to view your incredible cinematic creations. I have such a fondness for Vegas old and new (and Paula and Dale too 😉) and LOVED this video! And Dale’s history with the The Plaza and the train station, just wow! 🎼🚃
last time I was in Fremont street they were in the process of demolishing the old Las Vegas club to make way for Circa - things change so fast and often in Vegas, just a few years have passed it's totally unrecognizable!
DEAR DALE & PAULA, HAPPY NEW YEAR. 🙏 GOD BLESS YOU MY FRIENDS. I AM VERY PROUD OF YOU AND VERY HAPPY FOR YOU. I HOPE ALL OF YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE. I HOPE YOU HAD THE BEST AND HAPPIEST CHRISTMAS OF YOUR ENTIRE LIFE. 🙏 I LOVE YOU SO VERY MUCH. 🙏 I LOVE MR. ESPARZA AND ALL OF MY BEAUTIFUL FRIENDS SO VERY MUCH. 🙏 I LOVE LAS VEGAS. 🙏 EVERYTHING HAS BEEN A MIRACLE AND A MIRACLE AND A MIRACLE AND A MIRACLE AND A MIRACLE AND A MIRACLE AND A MIRACLE AND FAR BEYOND ANYTHING THAT I HAVE EVER IMAGINED. WOW!!!!!!!! 🙏 I FEEL LIKE CRYING WITH COMPLETE GRATITUDE AND HAPPINESS. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL AND THANKFUL. 🙏 SINCERELY PETER
This was such a great video. I love all the history! Great story about you traveling on the train, and no one touched any of your stuff. Thanks for sharing the meaning of the name Circa! Great great stuff!
Love - love - the photos and history. Terrific tour. One of these Saturday mornings I need to get an early start and begin acquainting and reacquainting myself with the strip. Your videos are simply the best out there on Las Vegas and environs, to say nothing of the editing and tech excellence. Thank you for the hours of information and entertainment!! I’m with you, Paula, on trying a donut or two!!
I’ve never stayed Downtown Vegas always on the the strip due to something’s I’ve heard but I’m going to booked my first stay At The Plaza hit up Oscar’s Steakhouse The carousel bar and most definitely Pinkbox doughnuts as well as the Fremont experience, which is a favorite of mine😊
Another great Sunday video!. I always stay Downtown when visiting Las Vegas, so I remember when Fremont Street was for cars. It's always interesting to learn more about Las Vegas.
Nice video. I enjoy the history that you provide us with. Probably back in the 80's and 90's I always liked staying at Las Vegas Club. The staff there was the best and always made you feel welcome.
Looking pretty good there these days. I remember my first visit to Las Vegas back in 1979. Doing some Army training at Ft. Huachuca in AZ. Four of us rented a car and drove through the desert. Back then it was downtown. Only spent a day then back to training. Years later on my 2nd return the strip was building up south and as time went by The Strat was considered to be the line between where things got pretty bad. About 5 years ago I moved from Vegas but Fremont street had started its comeback. I worked over at the Clark County building and an office get together was often downtown. Plus the Smith Center was gold to me when it arrived. Amazing how things change. Good to see it.
Looks like Pop Up Pizza and checking out a band at the Sand Dollar Lounge might be in order very soon! Dale and Paula you are both so much fun to watch and I love all the history that you share with us!
Love all the history of this little corner of downtown. I really love everything the Plaza is doing 👌! Can’t wait to visit all the Pink Box and Carousel Bar! Thank you guys for all the work you do to bring us the very latest updates in this city we love ! ❤️
I love this video. Great job! I first went to Downtown in '98 and that place had its charm, but it could not hold a candle to what was going on on The Strip. The casinos there were all very dated, there were no real interesting restaurants, and the light show was a total letdown. All Downtown offered was cheap gambling, cheap booze, cheap food, and nostalgia. The first three you can enjoy almost anywhere. I really thought that Downtown was going to be imploded and rebuilt with office skyscrapers. Its nice to see what's been happening there. Still holding on to its past but offering something worth traveling to. And they are doing this without trying to imitate The Strip.
Great video Dale and Paula!, I remember when the Plaza was stuck in the 70's, and Shure remember the 99 cent shrimp cocktail!. Circa, Well, it's ok I Guess, It's just not my style of place, i'm more of a Main street station kind of guys. Thanks again Dale and Paula!
Fun, historical fact-filled video! As I've mentioned a couple of times, the cold intro was just the thing your videos needed to elevate them to even a more professional level than they already were. As for that first phone Dale, they probably were not even "dialing" phones yet. I envision whoever was calling picked up the phone and got the attention of the operator, and asked them to ring "1" in Las Vegas and the operator patched in some cables to holes in a switchboard. 🤣😂
This makes me miss Vegas so much. You guys do such a wonderful job, the two of you are definitely a vegas icon. Vegas dale , vegas paula in neon 💡💡💡 Thanks for sharing, cheers🥂🥂🥂
I love downtown Vegas! We only stay downtown. I wish they still had train service cause the traffic can get bad coming from San Diego. I also miss the $1.00 shrimp cocktails at Golden Gate, it was a great snack bar in the back. The were delicious and had huge shrimp in them. But nothing stays the same, and that might not be a bad thing. Thanks for the wonderful vlog.
Loved this video and you have made me want me to visit all these hotels and see all this memorabilia, have a drink at one of these bars and eat a donut!
Really enjoyed this! I heard Lisa Melmed is sadly finished at Plaza now, shes going to Fontaine Bleu or however you spell it😂 i will miss her on their podcast bigtime
You should have been invited to the grand opening! Thank you for this, it was fun. I look forward to going to see the new areas in the Plaza. Nice inside of Oscars. It's nice looking out on the Golden Gate. Not a big fan of circa.
My dad did message on hold for Golden Gate in the 80s! I remember when he told me the story about their number being 1, I think that’s a cool fun fact! We enjoyed going there and visiting the old breakfast restaurant that was inside by those old machines, Du-Par’s. I usually don’t comment but enjoy your content and am glad you guys are still going! Side note not to do with this video but Is there and video or recordings of your music, Dale? I’d love to hear it!
What about The Pioneer Club? Didn't like playing at the Golden Gate Casino. My late wife liked their Shrimp Cocktail. The Las Vegas Club was a good place to play. Dealers were very nice. The Circa Sports Book looks like it's really nice. Glitter Gultch used to be a casino in downtown Las Vegas. It was owned by the legendary Bob Stupak. He was a character.
Did someone say Fremont? The downtown history is the best. The Plaza just gets better & I’m glad Derek kept the Golden Gate Casino intact. I prefer downtown for the easy walking in the shade. The Strip is changing so much, that I left after The Riviera closed. Thank you for the wonderful video. 👍🍀😻
Glad to see the Greyhound bus terminal is gone. Back in the day it was really a gathering place for the, uh, less than stellar population, and kept me from going to The Plaza.
The Plaza is supposed to be very influencer friendly so I'm very surprised you didn't get an invite. Because the two of you make some of the BEST VLOGS ABOUT LAS VEGAS.....❤❤❤❤
Your efforts are getting better and better with each episode. Thank you for all of your hard work. We look forward to every Sunday morning.
Thank you very much! We really appreciate your support. ❤
Nothing screams Vegas more than having a law that all neon signs must be lit at night. I love it!
Someone needs to give you two a slot room named after Las Vegas Inside and Out 🎰 Nice job, love the historical tidbits.
So glad you guys are back in full force. Loved the adventure. Great video D&P
It is always a pleasure to see the hotels highlighted on Fremont Street. Thank you Dale and Paula for showing us all this fabulousness. You two are so darn awesome.
nice tour down history lane

So glad you didn't let the scam artists win! Your content just keeps getting better!
I’m glad you decided to keep your videos coming and not be discouraged by scammers. My wife and I enjoy your work. Keep doing what you’re doing !
The Las Vegas Club was one of Penny's favorite haunts back in the day. Lots of Keno machines. Love the episode.
One of the best videos showing off downtown Vegas
I love Sunday morning to sit down with my cup of coffee and watch your videos. Thank you.
Love, love, love this video! Thank you for bringing history with the newest attractions! Can't wait for Paula' s kitchen next! ❤

Watching this video makes me want to book a room and just hang around downtown to explore

This is my favorite kind of Vegas video! Thank you so much for your hard work with putting this together! Love it!
I think the new bar and roof top space at Plaza really elevates that property… Looking forward to checking it out.
This was such a great video. I love all the history! Great story about you traveling on the train, and no one touched any of your stuff. Thanks for sharing the meaning of the name Circa! Great great stuff!

Great vlog! I love the history of Vegas, and the pictures of those years. Looking forward to our next trip downtown. There is so much energy there!

Another outstanding video!
I loved it too ❤ great video ❤
Yep I took the Amtrak from the Plaza to Fullerton CA, I had arrived in Vegas by car, and I needed to get back to Orange County. It was a fun ride..
I love this video. Great job!

Loved this video and you have made me want me to visit all these hotels and see all this memorabilia, have a drink at one of these bars and eat a donut!
Awesome.
Amazing video 🎉
18:22 I might be wrong but I believe that is a picture of Jay Sarno Jr, who is the son of Sarno Sr. Sarno Jr now works with the Neon Museum!
Loved it!

The best steakhouse in Las Vegas is PRIMAL ❤❤❤❤❤
El primer comentario ❤ Saludos
Glad to see the Greyhound bus terminal is gone. Back in the day it was really a gathering place for the, uh, less than stellar population, and kept me from going to The Plaza.
Maybe Lisa M can get y’all hooked up with a sneak preview of FountainBleu?? Including a lesson on spelling and pronunciation of that place.
Any new videos?
New videos? Since this one, you mean? Yes, certainly, every Sunday, including today! 😊
