Sections you 100% deserve. Your politicians are not aliens. They are not from space. They are Russians. They are from your culture and population. They are YOU. A country is only as good as it's people your politicians are your mirror. You are medieval people with western luxury goods. You need to change and wake up to the 21st century, or you will forever be "sanctioned" by your own primitive mentality.

Hi Natasha, thanks for showing us your beautiful apartment..would love to visit Krasnodar one day ❤ I live in Essex, England. A 2 minute walk from the beach. I had a mortgage for a very short time and own my property outright…I agree, it’s an amazing feeling to own your property. Look forward to more of your videos ❤

That's a very nice apartment and your remodeling looks great! I'm so glad you were able to buy it outright. The interest rates you quoted for a potential loan are extremely high by U.S. standards. Owning is much better than renting. And owning without taking out a loan as you have done is best! Congratulations and best wishes!

I live in Sweden and I have rented apartments, owned apartments and owned houses. Here the rents are controlled by the government so a central apartment in a big city is comparatively cheap. The problem is that you have to wait ten years to get one! The good thing with owning it is that you can renovate it as you like inside reasonable limits. I live in a small town comparable to yours close to the baltic sea and own my house. It costed about $50000. I bought it with cash that I got from a big house in a big city that increased in value with $100000 over ten years. The price level here is closely connected to level of interest. I bought when the interest was high and sold when it was extremely low so that explains the big gains. I think you are very priviliged compared to other Russians, the ones I follow on YT will not have your means in many lifetimes. I follow a guy that live in Moscow working as a web developer and he has an income that is very high by Russian standards but I think that he would not be able to buy an apartment like yours for cash. So congrats!🎉

Hello Natasha, nice video, very interesting to see. In the US, we really don't build large apartment buildings like that anymore - it looks similar to public housing developments, and even public housing is not designed and built in this style in the USA today. Most apartment buildings here (NYC) have a large lobby when you walk in, and are often quite ornate. You are right about having to deal with the management company if you need something fixed - it's generally required for apartment buildings to have a "live-in super" that takes care of the building and fixes things when needed (even if you own). He usually has an apartment in the building and lives rent free in exchange for the doing the job. Water and heat is not extra, it is part of the rent or HOA/maintenance. You have a nice modern place, but I think you need more stuff in it, LOL. Different from the typical American home which is usually filled with stuff....lots of stuff. The bedroom in my apartment is 18'x14', and there's a large storage/closet room attached to it which used to be a 'powder room' when the building was first built (1939). Good luck with completing the renovation!

Your apartment (flat) looks very nice, and of course so do you. I understand the convenience of a city apartment. It's probably perfect for you because it is close to your work and shopping and all the fun places for young people to socialize. You should be very proud and feel blessed to have your very own place! I personally prefer to live in a house because I like to have outdoor space for a garden, and for pets, and to not have neighbors on the other side of the wall who would complain if my music is too loud for them -- or annoy me if theirs was too loud. And I'm retired so I have the time to mow the grass and rake the leaves and just sit and watch the birds and the animals. 🙂

I'm not sure what you mean. In the US you also deal with the owner. They do sometimes hire companies to represent them but not always.

In America like Dallas, you have to apply with apartment management and pay an HOA, coupled with utilities it’s similar to just paying rent. The price of an apartment would be more than what you paid. The building you’re in is similar to the buildings in Coney Island, Brighten Beach in New York where there’s a big Russian population. They mostly work building maintenance in Manhattan and have a broken English accent. Of course owning an apartment in New York is really expensive. I’m in Los Angeles and it’s expensive.

that apartment appears to be about 25 square meters (270 square feet) and thus the cost is about $ 270 per square foot... that's crazy money ... why do apartment/condos cost so much in russia?.... and to true the truth, most usa cities would not allow a condo to be built that small... geez, my swimming pool is almost twice the size of that condo...

@@natasha-rostova ... and if you spent $72,000 for a 45 square meter (484 square foot) condo then that's $150 per square foot (in the usa, it is measured by square foot)... still that's expensive and probably would not qualify as a "condo for sell" as it doesn't have a separate bedroom (as real estate laws in the usa are different)... it would be a "studio or a student apartment" (something a student would rent in a college/university area/neighborhood)...in the usa, if a residence (flat) has a "shared" wall then it is defined as a condo (like in a high rise building), townhouse (like a row house in the united kingdom), or a patio house or sometimes called a duplex house (which is two houses that share a wall (usually the garage wall)... my russian ex- girlfriend lives in a 1500 square foot townhouse (140 square meter) with swimming pool and tennis court , she spent $100 per square foot for it... so my question is why is russian construction so expensive ?

As we can see, for USD 72,000, people in Russia (and also in Eastern Europe in general) can live in brand new nice 1 bedroom apartments like this, in nice districts full of beautiful women, in big cities like yours with very little crime, while in the west, people have to pay at least USD 500,000 to live in similar apartments in ghettos like Los Angeles, Toronto, New York, London or Berlin, full of crime, most of them with horrible weather, and where they don't see one beautiful woman in the streets. And most of these losers who live in these big "rich" Western cities don't even have money to buy, so they have to live all their lives spending half of their salaries paying a rent of USD 2,000, USD 3,000, etc.....And many of them still think that they are "rich" and that Eastern Europe guys are "poor" 🤣😂.
