      Please check if the transport lock system of your washing machine was removed. Those are big bolts in the back of the machine (2 or 3 - check the instruction for how to remove them if they are still in place) to prevent the drum from moving during transport. If not removed the machine jumps around a lot during the spin cycle and the machine can be damaged severly.

    As someone from the US, I’m in awe of the simplicity and beauty of your apartment and how you’ve decorated it so far. I realize you have limited items because you’ve just moved in but still, I live in a country that is obsessed with always buying more and more stuff. It’s inspiring to see how people in other countries are able to survive (and thrive!) with limited items!

    Love your renovations! Good job! Whatever you do, DO NOT KNOCK DOWN the wall between bathroom and toilet. With 3 people in the apartment, one person can take a bath and another can still use the toilet. I've been that person waiting for someone to finish taking a bath so I can use the toilet. And when you've got to go, you've got to go!!!

    You're doing something right Nastya, your subs have shot up in the past month.
    Other youtubers can chase thrills 'n' spills and exciting content, your speciality is a kind of antidote to that, 'slow TV' in an age of dopamine hits. I like the pace of your videos where nothing particular is happening and your camera-eye glances about, lighting on a group of pigeons or a battered up classic car or footsteps passing by and the sweep of old building facades.

    For fellow Westerners/Americans--I understand the questions about the layout and why she made the choices she did as far as uses for the rooms. However, I think it comes down to cultural preferences. My extended family in Russia gather in their kitchen to spend time--it is the warmest room and really the heart of the home, no matter how small its footprint.

    Appliances like washing machines, dishwashers, fridges etc. usually have one adjustable feet that you can turn to make it level to the floor so that it doesn't move. Check for that under your washing machine! It might fix your problem.

    • @emrk6517
      @emrk6517 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

      Also, you can use a less powerful spin cycle to lessen the shaking of the machine. I don't use the maximum my washing machine offers. Mine has adjustable feet, but it still shook too aggressively to my liking. There's not much of a difference in how dry the laundry gets anyway.

    Your apartment looks fabulous compared to the before ! You have done a great job.
    The only thing I would do differently if it was my apartment , I would switch bedrooms with your sons. Keep the wardrobes in that room but both boys beds in there together then no need for you to walk through when they are in bed etc. What is currently the boys room, I would make into your bedroom. I would put a sofa bed in there ( if funds allowed ) the chest of drawers in your room could be used to put the Tv on ( still keep your clothes in there ) so you would have a bedroom/sitting room and an entertainment area for you all to sit in together. I would also put some storage cabinets above the toilet, as that is wasted space due to the high ceilings. I think you’ve done a fabulous job with the amount you’ve spent. Only my opinion, and it’s your apartment so you must arrange it how it suits your family

While house hunting we found several well made houses under 300k that had over 2000 square feet of living space not counting the attached garage. But we are in a town of under 10,000 not in a city with millions of people.

    You did an amazing job on the renovation. Im glad you kept the toilet separated from the bath. With 2 boys, this lets you keep mommy time without rushing or hearing/smelling things that interrupt your peace.😅💩
    The washer should have adjustable feet that can be raised and lowered by twisting the screw type feet. To level the machine during the spin cycles typically in a front loading washer, you level the sides, especially if in an old building if the floor isn't exactly level. Then you use the front feet to make the load side just a bit higher than the rear so the machine empties properly, otherwise you would notice the clothes may not spin out all the water.
    That is the way we do it in the US. Hope it helps.

    It is good that the toilet is separate as there are 3 of you. If one person wants to use the toilet and another the bath, you can easily do that, not so easy when it's all one room. Personally I'd put a panel on the bath to match the cabinet under your sink. I like your renovation it looks so clean and tidy. I would add blinds to the windows so you can still get all the light and privacy at night.
